@funkomi You can claim through travel insurance or go through CEDR and they will put on some more pressure. Luggage is held by airlines for around five days to three months (I know a big bloody difference). It could even be in the arrival airport, so check with that side too. Best of luck

Paid more to travel on @British_Airways (I know 🥲) as the other airline is famous for losing luggage. We have been back in the country for 22 days and BA has confirmed our luggage is “lost” and we shouldn’t even ask them for compensation, we should ask our insurers. Wait there.

@funkomi For future reference KLM are horrendous for this too. I've assumed you've filed a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) at the airport. If you want your bags back, it's really up to them unfortunately (it may just show up, as long as you're on their necks about it). Cont..
