It’s been 2 years since my stroke. Honestly, it smashed me. I’ve worked so hard to get back to normal. This week I have been discharged from rehab and felt proper feelings of happiness for the first time. It’s a long road, but you have to dig in. @TheStrokeAssoc #rehab

36 hours into my plateau-busting liquid diet. Was tough last night but feel amazing this morning. My to-do list is shredded. And 2.4kg down which is nice. 101.6kg
