Having one possible motive does not negate other motives. Suppose a murderer has a food addiction and only shoots employees at Korean restaurants. That would arguably be racially motivated. #StopAsianHate

The murderer targeted Young’s ASIAN Massage Parlor. He then drove 27 miles to another ASIAN spa. Here’s a review of Gold’s Spa: “Good atmosphere with Korean girls giving proper massage.” If the murderer’s temptations are Asian women and he kills them, that’s racially motivated.
