@IKEAIndia , bought a product that I could return. But it's been 3 wks just trying to arrange a return through website, customer care (that took me 10 mins to reach an exec.) and e-mail. Have paid for it also. Is there any other way I could try? Not buying from u again!

@IKEAIndia U sent me a credit note! But I need my money back incl. the pickup fee I have paid. No scope for a second purchase with you! You don't even bother to have your item picked up? That's not even an environment friendly practice! What do I do with this product when I don't need it?!!

Brand new game delivered by @amazonIN . When I ask them if the replacement will be brand new, the response is 'the replacement will be delivered upon pickup of the defect product'. Clearly, no one's looking into the quality of the product being delivered! @funskoolindia - NOTE!!!

Forget delivering a great experience—Amazon isn’t even proving reliable anymore. We had a board game party planned, and this has completely thrown off our plans. What’s worse, I have little confidence the replacement will be any better.

I ordered a board game from @amazonIN. Based on past experience, I would’ve preferred ordering directly from the seller, but since they’re partnered with Amazon, I had no choice. Unfortunately, I’m not surprised that the brand-new game arrived with a broken seal & a damaged board
