He worked hard to get his Velo from 74 MPH in Nov of 2023 to 81 in less than a year. He caught Coach @TDeaton_22's eye this Summer when he umpired a game Jake was pitching. No better way to scout a player then calling his strikes & balls. 2025 RHP @jakel523 is another solid contributor out of @BaseballRSC; Rutherford County just does baseball right. Jake is a strike thrower with a good feel for the CB and CH. FB Sits high 70's but has been up to 81 MPH. Foundation is there to be a solid starting pitcher as he can confidently throw all his pitches for strikes; and can keep the game moving quickly by controlling the zone. I want to see him create more North to South energy in the delivery; this will help with the velo jump along with continuing to get strong. 3.5 GPA, undecided on the degree path; open to 4 year and @jucoroute

I saw 2026 SS @CarterAustin04 of @BaseballRSC twice this past Varsity season, and after watching his glove work, I knew I wanted to work with him. Plays the position with good energy and instincts. Made some very tough plays in the hole. With the bat, he needs to work on finding the barrel more consistently, but his overall approach is solid. Long ABs, tough out, just needs to get stronger and make more consistent hard contact (get into legs more) Good speed, 6.97 60 yd, good first step, soft hands. Top Exit Velo was 85, averaged 80 mph. Playing JR Legion ball Post 74 this Summer. 3.3 GPA, interested in Welding/@jucoroute
