@candlemaker4673 Paul might have been a massive misogynist. Plus, who cares,Christians have negotiated out of the Bible a ton of what Paul said (long hair on men, head coverings for women, slavery is cool). When we so freely pick and choose what we want to call gods word, maybe it’s not a killshot

I'm a convinced atheist and here is my drop: The world looks exactly as it should if no gods/god exist. Cold, indifferent, and brutally random. Stars explode and wipe out entire planets for no reason. Kids get cancer while rapists live to 90. One tiny rock in a sea of deadly vacuum somehow sprouts life that mostly suffers and dies. Atoms are 99.9% empty space, wasteful bullshit. Prayers change nothing. Miracles only happen in stories or blurry videos. If an all-powerful, all-loving God was running things, we’d see order, justice, and mercy. Instead we see chaos, suffering, and silence. Exactly what blind physics and dumb luck would produce. No divine architect. No cosmic parent watching over us. Just a messy universe doing its thing, and us temporary bags of meat trying to make sense of it before we blink out forever. That's reality. Deal with it.

@the707ms @Legacygolf2026 @ewarren Sure, but poor people now have way more “luxury” items than people of 46 years ago did. Minimum wage was $3 and now it’s $15 in some places. The poorest people today are better off than a King in 500 AD. So you would destroy our system for what? Because of rich people

@jakeypoo34 @Legacygolf2026 @ewarren Yes, people have more *things* now. Our economy got very good at delivering *things*. But those *things* are lower quality and more expensive than they've ever been, easily 5-10x more than 46 years ago.

A wealth tax on the top .15% of the richest families would generate $6.2 trillion in revenue. That could pay for: Universal childcare Millions of new homes Slashing child poverty Medicare for people aged 55+ Universal paid family leave Tuition-free community college And more.

@sharyns915 @Ryans_Ramblings I agree with this mostly. Not everything tax payers fund should be transparent. We fund the CIA, doesn’t mean we should know about where all the black sites are

@Ryans_Ramblings It would make it hard to expose fraud if you don't know where to look. It would keep these people hidden and, therefore, easier for them to commit fraud. It's taxpayers' money. Anything taxpayers fund should be transparent

California is trying to pass a bill that would criminalize investigative journalism with misdemeanors, $10,000 fines, imprisonment, and content takedown. The proposed bill is titled AB 2624 and was made after I exposed mass fraud by immigrant groups in America. Under AB 2624, government-funded entities like the Somali “Learing” Daycare centers would be protected from being exposed if they operated inside California. The enemy truly is within. When our politicians would rather protect fraudsters and illegal migrants, it’s time for us to stand up or face mass oppression from the traitors who “rule” over us.

@the707ms @Legacygolf2026 @ewarren Yup you’re right. And look at the poorest people in the USA now versus then. The poorest people in America have cell phones, cars, and big tvs. Did they have that 46 years ago?

@jakeypoo34 @Legacygolf2026 @ewarren It's always worked out for the richest. The rest of us have always struggled. And more money has flowed upward in the last 46 years than any other period of history. Saying things like 'that's just how it is' instead of pushing for change is what keeps this system in place.

@WakeupSheeple14 @Legacygolf2026 @ewarren Yeah I mean the politicians we have now suck but they would only get worse if they had to work for free lol You get qualified people running for office because there is a financial incentive. Take away the money and then you get even bigger losers in office.

@the707ms @Legacygolf2026 @ewarren There is no real and just way to stop rich people from making their rich friends more rich. You can complain about it all you want but thats how it is. And I’m not even sure that it is a bad thing because it’s worked out for the US pretty well so far. Life just ain’t fair 🤷‍♂️

@jakeypoo34 @Legacygolf2026 @ewarren Agreed. Let's make it illegal for them and anyone close to them to benefit from any information they have that the general public does not, and then tax all billionaires until they're broke.

@Legacygolf2026 @ewarren …I don’t get this logic. Congress makes good money but the salary alone isn’t that much. Most of them have money from other sources. I think taxing our government officials until they are broke makes America look stupid and weak.

@ewarren Let’s make the % enough to include every single person who is in congress or senate. Bet you aren’t as eager when it hits your checkbook. Work on the fraud first. It’s the low hanging fruit and no new laws need to be passed.

Suffering becomes a path to holiness” – but where is your voice for the 1.1 million displaced in Lebanon? The 1,400 killed, including 126 children? The hospitals hit, ambulances targeted, families buried under rubble? Grace strengthens us in trial, but silence from the Vatican strengthens the aggressors. Speak clearly: condemn the wars, not just abstract suffering.

There is no human experience that God does not redeem. When lived in union with the passion of the Lord, even suffering can become a path to holiness. The grace that converts and transforms life strengthens us in every trial. It does not point us towards a distant ideal, but towards the encounter with God, who became man out of love. #GeneralAudience #LumenGentium
