The Baseball Hall of Fame is statistically more difficult to get into than ever before and is also easily the hardest of all the big 4 sports Halls to get into

@PurpyNFL @nurple_purp They’ve drafted one DB in the top 100 since he’s been here and the average age of the ones he has added has been close to 24.
He definitely values experience, versatile/scheme fit, and finding those guys like that is harder in the earlier rounds when you can concede a lil later

@nurple_purp I think Flores would *prefer* to have good DBs and be multiple on that level as well, but there are just only so many resources available. And he probably liked the other guys more when they were on the clock.

It’s weird that the need for S has been such an exaggerated emphasis for people looking at the Vikings draft. Tyrion Ingram Dawkins and Levi Drake Rodriguez were slated starters. It’s their fault that they needed a bunch of shit but it’s not like they didn’t need IDL really bad

we have mocked DT to the Vikings constantly throughout this process, including Banks! Makes so much sense for the Vikings to add legit talent to their interior DL. Flores has needed a real needle mover that he doesn't have to scheme up and Banks has as much upside as any player in this draft.
