@niveauk Has your sensitive & pure deo stick been discontinued? I can’t find it anywhere and it seems the only deo that I’m not allergic too. Also wet sticky roll on is weird so it’s not something I’m keen to move to. Any ideas?! 😩

@jamandstuff You can have a low VO2 Max and still be fit, there are other variables, but I think if *your* VO2 Max is increasing, then you're getting fitter.

@AdriRunUK There’s a lot of anger towards cyclists atm as drivers seem to believe they have sole rights to the road 😏 LTNs and cycle lanes to encourage healthy active travel have made them irrational & impatient. I’m exercise would do them some good
