@BenjaminYeezus Any coach or fitness ‘professional’ who says people shouldn’t be eating fruit should immediately have all qualifications stripped! Very poor advice.

I watched a video last night telling people NOT to eat fruit. Quote “it contains fructose and glucose” Ignoring all of its qualities like fibre, micronutrients, minerals, vitamins etc. Does it contain some sugar - yes absolutely. Nobody is blowing their caloric deficits out eating fruit. Stunned I was.

@CoachFHM Think I’m still the only person in my gym to walk between sets. Easy 4-5k extra steps on workout days. Timed rest periods, get in, get shit done, get out.

“I’m too busy to get 10-15k steps in daily” Couple of ideas I've used with people who are office bound. Businessman, lawyers, accountants, consultants etc. -Standing desk -Small treadmill in office -Walk while taking phonecalls with clients (big one) -Wake up earlier and get some steps in -Take every opportunity to get extra steps in (park car further away from destination, take the stairs etc) -You’ve got time to post on social media…got time to get some steps in. It's all doable, just requires the intent to get it done/make it a habit. It then compounds over time.
