My heart breaks for trans kids in the UK. No access to healthcare, forced out of clubs and spaces. Bullying, bigotry, a total lack of awareness and understanding from everyone you meet. Abandoned by the NHS, schools, and the government. An uncertain future. It's so wrong.

@_get2sammyb Are you always confident with your output on Push Square? Or do you sometimes feel like a fanboy/Sony shill? In my opinion, you come across as desperate like a fanboy, or desperate to appease the fanboys. Which is it?

The reason I'm a passionate trans rights advocate and campaigner is because most of my Trans friends don't want to have to be, they simply want to live their lives free of persecution, and I don't think that's too much to ask.

The Green Party has been consistent on our position for years. We support the Iranian people in their struggle against the brutal Regime. And we oppose illegal bombing from the USA and Israel that has already killed countless civilians and risks an all out Regional war.

You guys championed "This is an Xbox". You guys pom-pom'd "Everything is an Xbox." You guys cheer-led and clawed people's eyes out over the ASUS ROG XBOX Ally. Insisting it was an Xbox. Mad at the world when someone said "It's a PC". You praised Sarah Bond. Some of your content-creator leaders took photos with her. Smiling. You loved her green dresses. Now. Today. Because Tom Warren wrote an article, she is everything that was wrong with Xbox. Pathetic. You guys will parrot whatever Destin says. Whatever Tom says. Whatever Parris says. Whatever Colt says. Whatever the Xbox content-creators say. Who were all getting their weekly PR flyers in the Secret Cabal Discord from the GLT for access. And you'll twist and turn and pretzel and do mental gymnastics and be intellectually dishonest in debate over whatever this new CEO tells you what to think, too.

@Heccles94 It's not "far right" to say that Luton is now a rubbish filled, shit hole. And by that, I mean it's genuinely full of bags of rubbish and actual excrement on the streets. Explain the positives please. And if you think I'm lying, take a walk through Luton or shut your mouth.

@AliceTalksFooty Most of the team were pretty crap today. It felt like a preseason match where the sharpness just wasn't there. Sesko and Lammens saved us again but the pitch was an absolute joke. It was wetter than a whore at a piss orgy.

Full time review: - Sesko fantastic again he must start. - Lammens was unreal. MOTM performance and won us three points. - Game was unwatchable at times with Everton just looking to push and pull us all the time and get corners. What has happened to this league. - Frustrating performance especially going forward.. but quality in attacking signings showed with Cunha, Mbeumo and Sesko combining for the goal. - Maguire and Yoro good performances. - We lacked match sharpness and were very sloppy at times. Lucky Everton did not test us loads outside of corners. - Not a nice game, but three points is huge. A lot of players need to step up at the weekend. - Three points clear in fourth. - One of Bruno’s worst games in a United shirt. - Hope Mbeumo is not injured. - Cunha is very valuable to have when we are 1-0 up. But unless we get a proper overlapping LB he is wasted at LW.

This is total bollocks, but more importantly racist as fuck. It’s become more & more banal for these rich posh knobs to be openly racist, but still should be called out every time. What’s wrong with Arabic? What’s wrong with the niqab? Go on spell it out you nasty Muslim hater.
Colin Brazier@ColinBrazierTV

Every time I walk down Oxford Street feels like an exercise in forgetting what - until recently - London was. The Arabic caterwauling. The waft of dope. The pimped cars. The Gulf vibe. The women in niqabs. The tat shops. A place of foregone grandeur and an irrecoverable England.

🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️ TERFs and transphobes: "What rights do you not have? No TRAs seem to be able to answer this." I'm only going to do this once. Here you go. In America, discrimination usually happens through a lack of legal protections, legal carve-outs, or uneven enforcement of the law; not through signs that say "No trans people allowed." Here's what trans people still lack equal rights and access to in the US. There is NO comprehensive federal civil rights law that explicitly protects trans people across employment, housing, public accommodations, education, healthcare, credit, and jury service. Our protections entirely depend on where we live, which judge we get, and which political party is currently in power. That alone is unequal rights. Employment: Trans people can still be fired in many situations, especially by small businesses and religious employers. Enforcement is inconsistent, and loopholes are massive. Public accommodations: In many states, businesses can legally deny service, access to bathrooms, hotels, or entry just because someone is trans. Healthcare: Trans people are routinely denied medically necessary care, turned away by providers, or excluded by insurance, even for non-trans related treatment, once our status is known. Identification: Some states require surgery to change your gender marker (which is, in practice, forced sterilization), court orders, or make it outright impossible to do so. This affects our ability to vote, obtain employment, travel, and interact with the police safely. Education: Schools can bar trans students from facilities, out them to parents, refuse to use names/pronouns, and exclude them from activities. Prisons and shelters: Trans people are often housed incorrectly, denied hormones, placed in solitary confinement "for protection" (which violates human rights law), and refused access to domestic violence shelters, which just leads to extremely high assault rates. Parental Rights: Courts have removed children or limited custody because a parent is trans, something that is illegal if you were to do so based on race or religion, for example. Hate Crime Protections: They vary wildly by state and are often not enforced, despite trans people facing some of the highest rates of violence in the country. And we are the only group of people who are facing hundreds of bills at the federal, state, and local government levels being passed to strip our healthcare, education access, and ability to participate in public life. The truth here is simple. Trans people technically have abstract constitutional rights like everyone else, but we lack explicit civil rights protections that other groups experience at scale. If your rights depend on what your ZIP code is, who your judge is, or who won in the last election, YOU DO NOT HAVE EQUAL RIGHTS. This is why trans rights are a civil rights issue. Not because we want "special rights." Because we want the same legal protections afforded to every other group of people. If you have to ask what rights we lack while opposing every law that would protect us, then you already know the answer.

🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️ Transphobes will always ask you, "What rights do you not have?" when you say you are fighting for your civil rights. It's never asked in good faith. Because they will always respond by saying you are the sex you don't identify with, and that you have full rights of your wrongly assumed sex. It's a loaded question that is built on a false premise, and they smuggle their own conclusion into the question. It's a classic dehumanization move that every civil rights movement has experienced. Don't let these people draw you into their rhetorical trap. It's purely asked in bad faith. Save your energy for the fight. Keep focused on the end goal. Freedom for all trans people 🏳️‍⚧️❤️🏳️‍⚧️❤️
Jenna Taylor ♀️@JennaSpeaksUp

🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️ No civil rights movement ever gained its rights by waiting for political polling data to suddenly become overwhelmingly in its favor. The gay rights movement was highly controversial all the way up until 2016 with Obergefell. Before that, it was a very 50/50 issue at best. It was the same way with the Black civil rights movement. It was highly controversial, but you didn't see Martin Luther King Jr. or Malcolm X waiting for better polling data. Polling on transgender civil rights is always going to be controversial....until it isn't. But for that to happen, we have to take our rights. We need to force their hand because they sure as hell are not going to give us our civil rights for free. The best time to fight for trans civil rights is right now. Don't be afraid of the thought that fighting will make things worse. You know what will absolutely make things worse? Making concessions, accepting conditions, and excluding some in the community. And also waiting for better polling data. We need to fight for our unconditional civil rights and freedom.

@marycatedelvey I really want to go back to a time when society would lock these freaks up or shun them rather than celebrating them. I'm fairly sure the LHC theory is true the more I live in this horrible world.

I’m often accused of being a bully, but shaming used to serve a purpose in society: discouraging antisocial behaviors. It worked so well that we didn’t even need legislation against certain things. The move to push every degenerate whim and fetish as an “identity” or a “condition” which must be allowed, accommodated, and even celebrated without shame has given rise to entitled, mentally-ill communities whose members feel entirely justified in harming anyone who does not celebrate them. Bring back shaming.

‼️🏳️‍⚧️After a challenge by @GoodLawProject, the High Court made clear that the EHRC guidance is based on an incorrect interpretation of the law & does not require blanket trans bathroom bans. Service providers can lawfully include trans people in facilities that match their gender.
