We are in this life together whatever your ideology is, doesn’t matter as long as you can see reason and understanding we can get along.

You also have social credit scores if you break the law, your score goes lower If you speak up against the regime, you will disappear and you also don’t have freedom of religion also through China’s policies it’s looking at massive population collapse by 2040. The US has made mistakes, but I am seeing a course correction but it’s not just wave a wand and everything‘s OK. It takes time you want a prime example of pure communism look no farther than New York City, there’s your example.

AI data centers are for mass surveillance & replacing workers jobs. When people like this pretend they don’t understand the serious problems with Data Centers & why the overwhelming majority of people DO NOT want them in their town you know you’re dealing with a bad faith guy trying to screw regular people for profit.
Garry Tan@garrytan

Sanders and AOC introduced a bill to pause ALL AI data center construction. 300+ local bills filed. Half of planned 2026 data centers facing delays or cancellation. Each one brings billions to local economies. The people who say they want American jobs are trying to block the biggest job creation engine since the interstate highway system.

It is gonna be a right bloody difficult time for the next three years, transitions are always like that, we’re going through one of the most chaotic unpredictable and transforming time in human history. I’m choosing to embrace it and learn as much as I can, it is damn overwhelming

@jamjam12357 @JasonBassler1 And who do you think is paying for all of this? I'll tell ya who. The stressed and oppressed working class who already struggle to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table. Building these data centers is just going to make it even MORE difficult for them to survive. -

If you see a helicopter towing one of these over your neighborhood, bad news: your town is getting a data center. They’re running airborne electromagnetic surveys to map groundwater in the area. TRANSLATION: figuring out how much water they can divert before people notice.

you don’t need data centers to spy on people you need data centers to help solve mathematics physics science many other things we already have the technology to have a complete surveillance state without advanced ai. Just look at China, for instance and they’re not even close to the level we are at with AI already. If you’re concerned about a surveillance state which I am as well you have to focus on politics, and the people you want actually in control of things. If you like communism go for the left in the US they did deplatformed a lot of people speaking out against the vaccine. I’m not getting in the vaccine debate. That’s just a fact that happened. I’m pro vaccine when it’s done right in that instance in my opinion, it wasn’t. You couldn’t say certain things. the only reason why we are able to talk openly is because Elon Musk bought twitter. we were very close, to absolute narrative control and some people don’t realize it. I’m also very wary of the right as well. There’s a massive religious movement and I’m not necessarily a fan of that either. When things swing One Direction drastically they tend to swing the opposite direction. But I’d rather live under Christians than under communism.

@jamjam12357 @JasonBassler1 It's not just the rising energy costs and the fact that AI data centers are consuming more water to keep everything cooled. These data centers are logging EVERYTHING. Privacy is a thing of the past because these data centers will more than likely have your personal information -

OK, you answered my question. We also shouldn’t have built the Internet because it caused a lot of mental health issues. We should not have created an automobile because it causes global warming. The smartphone that you have not good either. Also there’s been a lot of deaths related to it with mining operations. I get it. The thing is is most people haven’t been aware of a lot of things and now we’re becoming more and more aware because of this technology because of problems that existed before that we would’ve never seen because of the smart phone there’s a lot of problems that have been amplified because of technology, but also our awareness has been amplified as well. AI has an ability with human intelligence to cure cancer. And many other diseases for the first time in history, we have the potential to solve many lives and suffering, if used in the right way. One of the main reasons why most people have negative feelings towards AI is because of Hollywood and you have to look at your own brain and see how much influence is because of that stuff. I had negative feelings towards ai as well but the more I learned the less fear I have. Fear is the cause of not knowing.

@Sharpman573 @JasonBassler1 I’m sure that has happened. Are you saying that’s going to happen every single time? Are you saying we should stop building all data centers? We should just let China build them all and the US doing nothing?

🇺🇸 Tucker is sounding the alarm on the largest AI data center ever proposed in the U.S. 40,000 acres, 62 square miles, all in Utah. Power consumption: 9 gigawatts, double what the entire state of Utah currently uses. One building… using more electricity than every home, business, and factory in the state combined, and it's being built in one of the most water-stressed regions in the country. Nobody's asking if the grid can handle it, nobody's asking what happens to the water, the elites just want it built. @tuckercarlson

🇺🇸Tucker: Porn sites are controlled by governments and intelligence agencies, everything you watch is stored, and it can be used against you when needed. This includes your phone cameras. "Wise up, boys."

AI will definitely take over certain jobs but it’s a transitional phase and there will be more jobs created because of it. Ask anybody is a job they’re doing the job that they dreamed of doing most of the population would say absolutely not. Most people are not happy with their jobs. People just don’t like change. That is the problem. There will be a lot of pain going through the transitional phase, but the future is going to be better because of it.

@ForHumanityPod Surveillance tech already exists if that was the goal it would already be here. It has creeped in but it isn’t all connected like China. Y’all focusing on negativity and fear. Not what you can do with it. It is power in your hands it’s your choice whether to use it or not.

It’s a hard no. Big tech really thought they could blight America with concrete coffins, whose stated purpose is taking every job, and creating a mass surveillance state, and no one would say anything?!? Even with their secret deals, NDAs, and all the other sketchy tactics, their data center build out plan is going to fail. It’s failing right now. The tide is turning faster than anyone thought.

@jamjam12357 @JasonBassler1 You're a moron. Once AI puts most folks out of work, the poverty will be remarkable for the average person. Many will die, which seems an obvious goal given Thiel wouldn't commit to carrying about humanity. You're a rotten bot doing agitprop. Fuck you.

@wirraone @jimmy_dore If my grandchildren's fate is to be ruled by those who control the "data" (total surveillance), then I'd rather they be controlled by the Chinese than these Western oligarchs. The Chinese raised billions out of crushing poverty. Our oligarchs drove 10s of millions into it.

@brisketkidtx @JasonBassler1 When the internet was created not many people used it. In the future billions of people will use ai just like phones and just like internet. Humans suck at adopting until it is very palatable and easy to digest.

Wow Tucker, you are actually damaging the U.S. Tucker doesn’t say he isn’t being paid by foreign actors. His whole tune changed a year ago. Tucker is a very easy person to read and was authentic for awhile, but something changed. And emotionally with his voice it, really bothers me.

At a certain point, money stops being the motivation. I don’t work 18 hours a day because I need more wealth, I do it because I want to build something extraordinary that my children can be proud of. What drives me now is competing in the AI race and making sure North America, not China, leads the future of advanced technology. That’s why I’m building sustainable data centers at scale to prove we can out innovate, out build, and out compete while doing it the right way.

Scientists transferred a longevity gene from naked mole rats (which live 30+ years) into mice—and the mice lived longer and healthier. We're literally copy-pasting biological code from one mammal to another like software updates. If this scales to humans, your next medical appointment might include a firmware upgrade.

If Hantavirus mutated into a global threat, it would unleash AI + biotech unlike anything we've ever seen. > genome sequenced and public in 4 hours > AlphaFold maps every protein target > AI screens 10,000 drugs in 24 hrs > 50 vaccine candidates designed simultaneously > AI designed antibodies in days > risk of death computed instantly > decentralized trials launch globally > enroll from home > 20 countries manufacturing at once > first doses in three weeks > real-time dose characterization > your genome + biomarkers determine your protocol > variant map updates every hour No one would wait for governments.
