This is an interesting thread, but not for the intended reason. It tries to convey that rejoining a small part of the EU is both a ‘good thing’, which it obviously is, albeit as a mere ‘associate’ member & on terms the EU decides. But, pathetically & for obvious reasons, it… 1/2

Rugby scrapping 3 Test series is silly. They're great. What a pity we never see them in reverse. Imagine the Springboks playing in Cork, Belfast and Dublin this November, NZ in England, Australia in Wales, Japan in Scotland and Argentina in France. Who needs a World Series?

@HeathrowAirport security could be speeded up dramatically by not forcing connecting UK flights through Heathrow security. I’ll fly from Newcastle airport on Sunday and pass through security there - why do I need to pass through it again on entry to T5?
