@triodosuk My card needs a pin entry so often that I keep getting caught out on tube journeys and have to swap the card I’m using which then restart the fare cap! I love what you do and proud to have an ethical bank but it’s so frustrating. Is this something you are looking at?

@bppulseuk Do you know what would have been great, if the person I had spoken to had told me straight off that BP have no engineers working at weekends.. having to leave my cable hanging out of the unit and drive 2 hours home and hope I can find a fixed charger.

@bppulseuk I can see how your roll out is going well. 30 minutes stood in a carpark trying to start a charge speaking to your operator and now my cable is stuck in the machine and I have to come back and check if it released in 30 mins. Well and truly ruining my day out 🙌🏻

@SolarTogetherUK @tweety2b Can you tell from the amount of tweets I have done how frustrated I am by the process. Taking the conversation offline hides from potential customers the reality is they will be waiting for a very long time and the supplier isn’t obliged to say how long that is.

@janLW99 @SolarTogetherUK Yesterday we recieved an email saying that they'd moved supplier, that installation would be 3-6 months and the quote had risen by £1K! It bought it closer to a local suppliers quote. So I cancelled the contract with Solar Together. No trust, poor communication.

@SolarTogetherUK Deeply disappointed that we have been waiting for 7 months for our Hampshire Solar together panels and that the contractor cannot give us any date for installation other than 'hopefully first quarter of 2022'.

@SolarTogetherUK @MayorofLondon @Essex_CC @CambsCC @Kent_cc If you sign up to this keep on top of your installer because Solar Together won’t do it for you. I am 13 months on from getting my personal proposal for Solar Together Hampshire and still don’t have any solar or any idea when I will!
