@Harrods been trying to add my points of a purchase of 7K since October and still no luck. Tickets have been opened and closed by customer service but no one ever resolves the matter. Being told IT are sitting on it…. Will I ever get my reward points or is it just a gimmick?

@PlacesLeisure my son is a minor and shouldnt be told he can not come in with his mother and sister into the ladies toilet. Please train your staff properly regarding this matter. He has been left very upset!

@PlacesLeisure just came back from your Tooting Leisure Centre inflatables session. Your toilet attendant was asking my 10year old to leave the ladies when i, his mother was his only guardian. I explained and she didnt want to hear and was extremely rude leaving my son very upset
