Amazon replied as a DM to confirm that they protect the accounts of those committing credit card fraud, while refusing to remediate the issue with the customer who has had their funds stolen.

@amazonca my credit card was charged fraudulently by Amazon twice. When I called to have the charges reversed, the CSRs repeatedly blamed me for ‘sharing my card details’ (which I did not do) and refused to refund the charges. Shameful for a multi-billion dollar corporation.

@brianlarter The recycling depot deep in the north end often has them (lemonade bottles) but you’ll need to give them a good sani. Noble grape carries them at some locations. IKEA has them but it’s a slightly thinner glass.

I paid a small fortune for an East Coast Lifestyle Moon Mist jacket. I also have 2 older ECL zip-up hoodies. I was surprised to find out the Moon Mist jacket was made in China & the 2 older hoodies were made in Pakistan. Yet ECL state most products are made in Canada. Really?

Each of us has called tech support and been told they can’t send a line tech specifically and that our cases can’t be looked at as one issue. How does this make any sense for both us and your bottom line?

@EastlinkSupport at least 5 units in my building are experiencing intermittent outages; from multiple times a day to a few times a week. Each has a separate tech appointment scheduled. It would cost EL less to send 1 tech to diagnose the lines AND be better service, no?

@Eastlink with so many services/sites now using SMS based MFA, it would be great if wireless users could access their incoming text messages via an app or site, even if out of service or without SIM card.

@CanRevAgency How does it make sense that you’re happily taking info that must remain secure over an insecure channel, yet you refuse to use a MFA system that’s secure? (ie: OTP via app, not text)

@CanRevAgency When I called, it says in a pre-recorded message that the line may not be secure. Yet the only way to validate me on the phone is to provide my SIN in full - they would not take a partial. This means you’re asking me for secure info over an insecure line. I refused.

@CanRevAgency How do I access my CRA account when I don’t have access to my cell phone while travelling overseas? Your website says “If you do not have access to text message or a landline, you may use the passcode grid option to sign in.” however I see no such option.
