@DealBeeOfficial @ShiprocketIndia I have been using @ShiprocketIndia services for the past 7-8 months now. Sent 200+ international orders. I am a solo entrepreneur and i do not like to bash other businesses but i think shiprocket is a sinking ship.I do not think i would ever recommend their services to anyone 1/2

Looks like @ShiprocketIndia & Ekart have unlocked a new feature: “Auto-reschedule on behalf of the customer.” Didn’t receive a call. Didn’t receive the package. Didn’t request a reschedule. Yet somehow your system knows I wanted delivery on 30th July. Brilliant! 👏🙃

Latest reply from @duCares, @OneCardHelp I have again asked them for a #refund of AED 199. As the service #stopped working on 4th feb but it was supposed to work till 6 more days. Now they want me to #visit them for a 4th time. It is not possible for me as I have plans already.
