@Ticket_Help2022 @Ticketmaster It’s a scam! I was 432 in line once the waiting room opened? The arena holds 15k+ 432 * 4 tickets max = 1,728 tickets and yet when I get it nothing is available. How does that make sense? What was going during that 30 min pause once the queue opened?

.@Ticketmaster why would you even pause, the queues are already over hundreds of thousands? UPDATE: The queue is being paused momentarily as we work to ensure all fans are able to access the sale. Tickets are secure and are being held. We will share further updates here ASAP. Wait times may exceed 1 hour for some fans with tickets likely to sell out before everyone reaches the sale. This Metallica sale somehow was worse than the previous days. Good timing proving to DOJ how awful and broken this is.

This was honestly one of the worst ticketing experiences I’ve had so far 😭😭😭 Bunch of errors, no waiting room, and when I finally got in I had to authenticate my account like 3 times in a row…. And when I finally got in, the queues are 200,000++++ 😭 Fuck you @Ticketmaster

Looks like @ticketmaster is having issues already with @metallica queues. Website seems entirely broken.

3rd day in a row trying to get pre-sale tickets to see @Metallica at the Sphere. By far the absolute worst ticketing experience with @Ticketmaster queue model. No better feeling than to sit the queue for 30 mins and when tickets go on sale receive a 500 error and you can't rejoin the queue. Hey @Metallica I will personally build you a ticketing platform for pre-sale tickets for FREE so all your fans have a fair shot to see you guys perform.

So, @Ticketmaster is trash. The @Metallica presale process was the worst customer experience that wasted everyone’s time. Why give out pre-sale codes when 99% won’t even get into the queue? Make a lottery. If you get a code, you get tix. Simple 🤦‍♂️
