@Jason Def separate. One scratch to the combo unit goggles and the integrated system is useless. POC helmets are great but here in whistler, Smith helmets and goggles rule them all.

@packyM Lol. Blame pitch deck templates. They all default to 2x2 competitive grids. Investors, customers, employees will do their research. Skip the grid and do the research for them, direct good/bad comparison, with your differentiated POV and direction.

I've read a lot of decks over the past year, and I gotta say, everyone's competitors are complete dogshit.

A simple tip for selling against competitors: During discovery always ask if they are looking at any other solutions. If yes, who? Before the demo say something like:
