As per IE Act & Rules,every citizen has right for electricity. As per various IS codes, Guidelines, we know domestic consumer connection shall be fed at 415V/230V. But we have been made to feel that we are US citizen and getting voltage at 110-140V. Whr's @MinOfPower @CEA_India?
