Jared Polis, the Democratic Governor of Colorado, is everything wrong with the Democratic Party. Caving to Trump to free Tina Peters, an anti-America thug, whose hatred for our country led her to try (and fail) to overturn an election, is a level of weakness that we need to root out of our party. I have no remorse for imprisoning enemies of America because the message to these animals needs to be crystal clear: you try to overthrow our country, your grandchildren will see you in jumpsuits eating meatloaf Monday behind bars. We must have more respect for our nation than surrendering our values because a nut job sheds some tears and says she “made a mistake.” How pathetic. I’m glad this chump’s term ends in November. Get lost.

Tina Peters is guilty as sin and a disgrace to Colorado. She tried to undermine Colorado’s free and fair election system. When she was caught red-handed, she was prosecuted by a Republican district attorney and rightfully convicted by a jury of her peers. Reducing her sentence sends the wrong message to those seeking to undermine trust in our elections and it will do nothing to deter Donald Trump’s illegal attacks on Colorado. I strongly disagree with this decision.
