GameStop is not actually buying eBay. eBay will turn the offer down.
$GME wants someone else like Shopify to bid more and run the price up.
$GME currently holds 22,176,000 shares of $EBAY in call options.
Brilliant move. GameStop is about to make more than a billion dollars and they don’t have to buy anything. $GME is big winner here. $40-60 incoming.
I see a lot of people dismissing @ryancohen’s proposal for $GME to acquire eBay.
Rookie mistake.
He started Chewy (now $10B company), saved GameStop from its demise, and has created a fortified balance sheet.
Ryan is a winner with a track record of doing the impossible.
Mr. President. The US 10-year bond yield is breaking out through 4.4%. Please keep fighting your holy war to make sure Americans can't afford anything. Thank you!
$META October 2024-present = 0% return
$MSFT October 2024-present = 0% return
$SPY October 2024-present = +27% return
$QQQ October 2024-present = +41% return
$SMH October 2024-present = +112% return
And yes I know I am cherry picking a specific date to prove a point... but still!
With that said I like META and MSFT here.
This San Francisco home listed for $4.4M just a week ago and was bought within 6 days for, and don't you faint now......

@SquishyAvo@WallStreetMav Lol delta is high quality expensive airline. But the experience is great. Only airline I’ll fly. Way out of reach for spirit customers.
If you are buying $META today, yes it may go down another 10% over the next month.
WHO CARES. It doesn’t matter if your cost basis is $610 or $560 when it’s trading at over $1,000 a share in a few years.
It DOES NOT matter if the next 10% move is up or down. Because the next +50% move is up.
Buy world class assets, with wide moats, that are cash flow generating machines, when the sentiment turns negative and they selloff. Then simply hold them for years. You’re welcome.
