@virginmedia I can't log on I've told u this already so can't use the link now got a letter complaint ref c070224459 that has not answered anything I've raised at all then tells me to email back before disconnection but there's no email address but is a letter on the back of my email...!!!

@jaynelou33 With cancelling arranging cancellation of your account, you can do this in 3 ways. You can call the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111, WhatsApp us on 07305327112 or write to us at Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA. The team can process your 30 day notice on any of these channels.
@virginmedia Surely a reply to advise of that would be courteous as ut feels like I'm being ignored also want to discuss cancellation which is due in 2 weeks hence why I need to speak to someone now..in authority
@jaynelou33 As per our complaints code of practice virg.in/comcop it can take up to 28 days for a full investigation and offer of resolution to be made as agreed with our regulators Jayne. Details on how to raise a complaint can be found here virg.in/makacomp
@jaynelou33 Thank you for that information. We do recommend using the link provided as emailing as you have isn't a complaint raising process. If a complaint has been raised off the back of it then you would get a response within 28 days.
@virginmedia As your ceo still hasn't replied after 2 weeks I need to escalate my complaint test was raised over the phone I'd rather resolve it by someone higher up

@Morrisons why have I had a promotion email yesterday at 5.15pm then when I place the online order within 30 mins it wont acccept the code as too many used it ( offer is supposed to be on until 14th Nov)
