Signal data is the FOUNDATION of a modern go-to-market system.
I just wrote a complete playbook on it.
Inside:
1. 5 core uses of intent signals (lead scoring, automated outreach, CRM/Slack alerts, expansion, ABM list building)
2. 3 signal categories explained in detail (1st-party, 2nd-party, 3rd-party)
3. Layer 1 Ingest stack (Tray(.)io, Zapier, Hightouch, Fivetran into your CRM/CDP/warehouse)
4. Layer 2 Normalize and Score with the weighted model (blog visit +2, pricing +8, demo +15, product spike +20)
5. Layer 3 Enrich plus Layer 4 Trigger (if/then logic for deals, alerts, nurture, retargeting, outbound)
6. Layer 5 Close the feedback loop so signals that produce meetings get weight, unproductive ones get cut
This is a complete guide to capturing, scoring, and activating intent signals across first-party, second-party, and third-party data to build a real-time, signal-driven GTM system.
Reply SIGNAL and I'll send it.

@letstri @zeddotdev Zed is amazing, so fast and intuitive. The only issues I’ve run into are having to restart LSPs constantly, and a weird bug when dragging files from the file manager into a project — it just glitches and won’t let me drop them. Might be Linux-specific though idk.

Well, I've been using @zeddotdev as my code editor for almost a month now, here is my short feedback.

i scaled a “boring” B2B service to $36,825/mo
we didn't:
- run paid ads
- rebrand the offer
- pretend the niche was exciting
we just made the pain visceral and built a system that turned linkedin content into compounding MRR
and i documented EVERYTHING into a 16 section breakdown
covering every content format, lead magnet structure, DM sequence, email system, and offer architecture we used to make a boring niche print
here's what's ACTUALLY inside:
→ the full funnel architecture from post to profile to three conversion paths (custom button, featured section, DMs)
→ the content positioning framework that makes boring niches irresistible (write about the pain, not the niche)
→ the lead magnet formula that generated 4,000 comments in a niche nobody thought could go viral (social proof anchor + pain mirror + aspirational resource)
→ the notion document structure (8 pages, diagnosis first, templates included, 3 CTAs embedded)
→ the DM system that turned 4,000 comments into paying clients (5-step sequence from resource delivery to soft close)
→ the $100 workshop front-end that filtered buyers from freeloaders (and converted 35-40% into core recurring service clients)
→ the email machine running underneath everything (3 emails/week, segmentation by behavior, 40% of total MRR came from email alone)
→ the authority content layer (misconception-demolishing posts, founder narratives, case studies with surprising angles)
→ the profile rebuild that converted 8-12% of visitors (headline, about, featured, custom button)
→ the month-by-month growth trajectory ($15k → $26.8k → $36.8k and the specific levers at each stage)
→ the hidden benefits that compounded after 90 days (podcast invitations, google credibility for cold outreach, inbound partnerships)
everything backed by what we learned after adding $950k+ to our B2B clients' MRR through linkedin inbound funnels
like + comment "36" and i'll send the full breakdown

@leodev I use the same but w Nextjs and Clerk. Still goated stack!

I put the entire Opus 4.7 and ChatGPT 5.5 GTM Engineer's Playbook into ONE Notion doc.
7 modules. No fluff.
- The full lead gen stack using Firecrawl and LinkedIn MCP: scrape 20 structured leads from any industry in one prompt, filter and score 100 raw LinkedIn leads down to 50 high-intent contacts, and push to campaign with 73% connection acceptance rate vs 40% on standard outreach
- The LinkedIn content pipeline built on Claude Code and Playwright: profile.md, hooks.md, descriptive photo folder, three draft options per post, and auto-publishing that pastes, uploads, resizes, and schedules directly to LinkedIn from one Sunday session
- The automation decision rule across /loop, /schedule, and ChatGPT Workspace Agents: when to use each based on local file access, interval length, team sharing, and CRM tool requirements
- Research and intelligence using NotebookLM and GPT 5.5: 300 sources queried at zero marginal cost per query and raw unorganised numbers turned into a clean filterable HTML executive dashboard in one prompt
- Marketing asset production using Claude Design and ChatGPT Images 2.0: brand design system extracted in 10-15 minutes, carousel, video, and campaign planning skills built on top, plus multi-format social assets from one image upload with near-perfect text rendering
- The 7 Claude commands most GTM engineers have never used: ultrathink, /caveman, /insights, /loop, /schedule, /btw, and /clear with exact syntax and decision rules for each
- Cost cutting without slowing down: Claude Code Router at 88% cheaper than Opus 4.7 for simple tasks, /caveman on bulk generation sessions, and GPT 5.5 for dashboards and multi-deliverable briefs where it is faster and cheaper than Co-work
This is the playbook I would have KILLED for before spending weeks running Claude and ChatGPT in separate tabs, paying Opus rates for tasks a router handles for pennies, and briefing designers on assets Claude Design produces in minutes.

“Hemos intentado invertir demasiado en Europa. Siempre termina siendo una especie de viaje de placer disfrazado de trabajo.
Estados Unidos es el país donde la gente hace cosas nuevas”
- Peter Thiel
Por qué será?

Peter Thiel: “We’ve tried to do too much investing in Europe. It’s always sort of a junket.” “It’s a nice place to go on vacation as an investor.” “It’s a very strange thing—the US is somehow still the country where people do new things.” Via @theallinpod

@JohnC87104009 @stats_feed If no clarification, it isn't from left to right?
English

@stats_feed The question as it is written is 9, but it entirely depends on your priority of "implicit multiication". Currently implicit multiplication isnt prioritized. Modern mathematics would clarify, so it should be either:
6 ÷ (2 (1 + 2)) which would be 1
6 ÷ 2 x (1 + 2) which would be 9

We run 13 n8n workflows across ColdIQ's entire content, ads, and outbound engine, and I'm giving them all away.
Our monthly n8n bill: $384. The same workloads on Claude would cost $60K. That's why I'm not buying the "Claude killed n8n" take.
Claude Routines are good at scheduled agentic tasks that need reasoning.
They're not the same layer as n8n. They're not a replacement for production GTM infrastructure.
Our n8n stack fires 2,000+ executions daily across 13 workflows. Our Phone Finder alone has 41 nodes and waterfalls across 5 data providers.
Here's what's in the doc:
→ GTM Flywheel (81 nodes): domain in, full ICP, lookalikes, prospects, and a tailored content/ads/outbound strategy sent to your inbox
→ Phone Finder (41 nodes): name, LinkedIn URL, or domain in; Prospeo, FullEnrich, and more waterfalled; verified number in seconds
→ AI Agent Reply Manager (13 nodes): classifies a cold email reply on Instantly, drafts a response in Slack, waits for your approval before it goes out
→ Lookalike Finder (35 nodes): domain in, similar businesses by industry, size, and tech signals out
→ Viral Content Browser (10 nodes): pulls viral LinkedIn posts via Serper, filters by engagement, stores the best in Notion
→ Feeling Tracker (36 nodes, coming soon): sentiment analysis on any tool across X, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Plus 7 more covering content, GTM, and ops. Shoutout to Sacha Martinot who built the most complex ones.
Reply "N8N" and I'll send you the full doc. Must be following.

I run GTM for dozens of $10-$15M companies.
Trust me when I tell you...
Cold outbound is still one of the most effective B2B marketing channels.
Here’s our 5-stage process for getting results with it 2026:
(This ENTIRE motion can run with 1 GTM engineer and 1 sales rep)
Stage 1: ICP Model & Campaign Strategy
Define who you're going after:
Map out all different segments by:
- Firmographics
- Technographics
- Account fit signals
Pick your campaign type:
- Volume-based
- Micro campaigns
- Signal-based
Select your plays e.g.:
- Website visitor retargeting
- Ad engagement
- Closed-lost reopens
The plays you wanna run dictate the tools you need to get.
Stage 2: Account Sourcing & Stakeholder Mapping
3 methods to build your lists:
- Databases: Apollo, Ocean.io, DiscoLike
- Scraping: Apify, Serper, Python
- Signals: Findymail, RB2B, Jungler, Fibbler, Sumble
Route data to clay:
- Dedupe and normalize data
- Qualify companies with custom agents using ChatGPT
- Source contacts with AI Ark and BetterContact
Step 3: Copywriting
Your message has 3 pillars:
- Positioning: why you, why now
- Offer: what's in it for them
- Personalization: make it specific
Sequences should have multiple versions per segment:
- A/B test 4 variants at each step and let data pick the winner
- LinkedIn messages should be shorter and more conversational
Stage 4: Campaign Execution
Add your leads list to:
- Instantly.ai for email sequences
- HeyReach.io for LinkedIn sequences
Configure limits properly - deliverability is everything:
- 15 emails per day per mailbox
- 20 DMs per day per LinkedIn account
Reverse engineer numbers based on your contact list to decide how many LinkedIn and email accounts you need.
Stage 5: CRM Sync & Reporting
OutboundSync x Instantly.ai x HeyReach.io:
- Log all activities to CRM and create reporting
- Call tasks on Nooks auto-created for reps
- Slack notifications on positive replies with phone number data using BetterContact
This ENTIRE motion can run with 1 GTM engineer and 1 sales rep.
Even if you're not ready to hire an outbound team, you should have an automated engine running.

¡Casi aciertan!
