@tommygee36 @HM_Passport Hey Tom! We have the new passport, that was relatively simple. But the old passport (with her UAE visa) who knows!?!? Can’t really travel without it without causing bureaucratic chaos between old/new passport and visa! 🤯 Shambles is v accurate!!!

@jcowpat @HM_Passport It’s a nightmare mate. We are without a passport for one of our kids, stuck in Malaysia. You call them and get put through to someone WFH, making a cup of tea, talking to their kids etc. Total shambles! Hope you are well!!
