Ok - I think the new e-bike rules proposed by @ONtransport / @fordnation are pretty good! TLDR: e-bikes need REAL working pedals. Everything else is a moped or motorcycle and requires a license. Simple! Plus lots of other cleanups. Bravo. @CycleToronto regulatoryregistry.gov.on.ca/proposal/53917
