@VaadHaBadchanim Rabbi Mordechai Willig, who I had never heard of or heard from prior to this letter, has his own X/Twitter account and can confirm from there, along with any other information about when he reached out and how he arrived at his psak. He won't, because this letter is fraudulent.

We just confirmed with the administration of the Beis Din of America that this is not fraudulent and this document was indeed “accurate and signed by Rabbi Willig”.
