Watch videos of the encounter, not just cherry picked snapshots. First, she shouldn't be trying to drive away, but if she was trying to drive away, why not keep going to left like her wheels were set to do, when asked to step out of the car. Instead by turning the car to her right, she aimed the car straight towards the officer who was initially standing to the right of the car and videoing Renee's wife who was taunting him. He did not step in front of the car. From the officer's perspective she could be aiming for him. Clearly she had no respect for ICE. She reinforced that fear while she was pointing the car straight at the officer and by accelerating forward towards him! Then and Only then did the officer draw his gun! And he fired his gun ONLY AFTER he was struck by the car. Anyone can see those are the facts if they watch carefully. Was she innocently trying to drive away to the right or because she already hit the officer?
