BPD's AIU is investigating a fatal collision near Chaps Pit Beef. One person is lying in the roadway. Two motor vehicles have been destroyed. I'm hearing that a second person has life-threatening injuries.

Last April, a driver ran a red light and caused a JHU Shuttle to hit a building at 25th & Charles. It sustained significant structural damage and has since been vacant. Now it's on fire. Squatters? Insurance fraud? Idk. A reckless driver causing this inevitability? Certain.

My kid is awake and my foundation is shaking but damn the city's actually plowing my alley. When @MayorBMScott announced it, I said "unbelievable." I'll finally be able to get my bike out to take my kid to school, and my neighbor will finally be able to drive to work. Believe.
