@Sonos paying via PayPal on your site does not work. Tried 2 computers, 3 browsers, incognito - PayPal Pop up works, it acts as it will accept “paid with PayPal” blue box but then the window changes and it resets to the credit card entry

@AmericanAir canceling all 3 evening BOS-DCA flights for “weather” when other airlines are delayed a bit but STILL FLYING. United, JetBlue, Southwest all helped their customers get to the DC area. AA punted to tomorrow (except all those flights are full, so connect & land at 9pm!

@Avis answer my DM - I have rental stuck on my account because it was never picked up (and therefore never dropped off). Is it not fraud for a location to assign me a rental agreement for a car that was not picked up (the location had no cars - they gave it away to someone else)

@Avis we are done, over 15 years of 30-40 rentals yearly. You are the only rental company that overbooks and then runs out of cars. MSY airport tonight. Other companies were sold out but had cars for reservations. Regular counter closed. Everyone in preferred line. 70+ people

I said send the order to the store that has the item - “we can’t, you need to reorder”. Then they didn’t cancel - they marked it delivered, and then refunded! So I’m the one eating the same day shipping fee. The store blamed the same day delivery service. Ugh!

@LowesCares placed an order - same day delivery. Get an email, changed - it will be tomorrow. Then the store calls - we don’t have it. Canceling your order - try to reorder and it will go to another store! Why is this on me? Lowe’s is 20 yrs behind Home Depot.

@AmericanAir AA5321 waiting almost an hour for ground crew to push us back. Pilot’s even frustrated, says ground support providing limited info. Why is AA’s DCA ground crew consistently the slowest or nonexistent?

@capitalweather Who shovels that many times especially after dark? Yeah shoveling 2 inches at a time is easier but time consuming. It would have been better to just wait it out and then shovel once. Shoveling early and not finishing the job later led to concrete today and far more work.

It was pretty simple: shovel several times (didn't even need salt), including at the end of the storm. Those who did this, and we've heard from dozens, had great results. If you only shoveled early in the storm and then left it til today, yes, now you're dealing with cement.

@capitalweather @PoliticalHurr Yes you did, Bottom line is it’s easier to shovel this much sleet with snow underneath it. The weight of the sleet compressed the snow and made shoveling more productive. Early shoveling in the wind wasn’t great. The parts we shoveled early were 10x more work today.

@StubHub if you change your upload process for tix - tell customers! For two years+ upload tix separately but now they have to be transferred together. No notice until I transferred one by one and saw the error to re-do. Why wouldn’t you put this on the transfer status page!!!

@rocketmiles AAdvantagehotels.com - booking glitches - miles earned changes constantly, one search 3X normal $, but 10k miles. Then later normal $, only 3k miles. Why not offer both? Very inconsistent! But you will lose customers - tells me availability changed at booking!

@StubHub let me get this straight - you collect $ from a sale but if non-delivery, you charge the seller 100% penalty AND pocket the original sale money. How is that not fraud? You need to credit the sale amount against the penalty.

@AmericanAir It’s clear upgrades changed. You used to give out all but ~3-4 FC seats at 100 hours. If you are no longer going to offer certain perks, then you need to (publicly) be up front with your best customers. Dont send me an email to buy what you advertise as a loyal customer benefit!

@AmericanAir So AA is no longer going to offer upgrades to frequent fliers starting at 100 hours before a flight? Emails to buy an upgrade 72 hours prior when you should have given it out is insulting. (Half of 1st is open). Sure sell some, don’t remove the primary FF benefit!
