⚠️ 𝗕𝗔𝗗 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘀 🍄 The Attorney General just missed a legal deadline to issue new federal rules that were supposed to make cannabis and psychedelic research easier in the U.S. After Trump signed it into law last year. Pam Bondi was required to publish updated research guidelines by Jan 16. Those rules were meant to remove barriers that slow down: • Clinical trials • University research • Medical studies on S1 substances Instead, the date came and went. No new framework. No update. No clarity. Which means: 1. Research remains slow. 2. Approvals remain difficult. 3. Institutions are still stuck in limbo. This all massively delays studies on PTSD, addiction, depression, and other conditions people are desperately waiting on treatments for. The bigger question now is: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁? Does the administration step in and push this forward? Or does this quietly stall one of the most important research areas in medicine right now? I'm waiting in suspense.
