This is nauseating. I spoke at a Trump rally right before Lindsey Graham in 2024 in SC in Lindsey Graham’s home county. During my speech I said no more money to the Ukraine war and talked about no more U.S. involvement in foreign wars and the massive crowd roared with cheers. After I finished, Lindsey Graham came on stage and was booed for the entirety of his speech until he finally quit and walked off stage. In his home state. In his home county where he was born and raised. This is all documented and on many videos. And Trump knew it happened, he heard the crowd. Lindsey Graham is exactly what Americans voted to get rid of in 2024, but Trump fights tooth and nail to protect. The vast majority of Trump’s endorsements are for politicians that always protect the swamp establishment and the deep state. Open your eyes and get out of the cult. The Trump endorsement should be a warning label proving that candidate will obey the very system that you hate and will be most likely funded by AIPAC which promotes Israel’s interest over America. Vote for candidates that are America FIRST!!! 🇺🇸

If Statins fixed Cardiac issues, the stenting industry would have gone bankrupt and heart surgeons would no longer exist. Industry will keep lowering the LDL limit till it reaches ZERO. No LDL No Life, no Stents, No Cardiac problems 😁

2/ Lately, I see doctors with zero plaque and good metabolic health bragging that they are taking 1 or 2 meds just to lower their LDL to near nonexistent. We need to be clear: these people are acting on opinion/religion, not science. And that’s the point. We need to know more before we commit millions of healthy people to decades of polypharmacy.

1/ I kicked a hornets' nest. All I had to do was suggest we need to learn more about the relative contribution of LDL and ApoB to heart disease, and some parts of Twitter lost their minds. Let me bring this back into focus, although this might just kick the nest more. 🧵

Mercedes-Benz engineers told me the reason for this. When they do consumer research, most people like tactile things: buttons, knobs, sliders, and stuff like that. They like the tactile experience. The problem is, if you stop there, you make mistakes. The world is moving toward an autonomous vehicle future where everything is done automatically with screens. The consumer can't tell you about that world because they haven't thought about it or been presented with it yet. As a result, the auto industry continues serving the past and not the future. Ferrari is just an example of that. They are selling to old people who have a fuckload of money. That doesn't mean these people have any sense or any care for innovation; they over-index on the physical experience of being in the car because they can't imagine a world where a car would drive them around. That is certainly true of the rich class in America. I hung out with them last year. They love their old mechanical cars because they can afford them, and Ferrari has to compete with that old mechanical car mentality just to sell them another $500,000 vehicle. Tesla, on the other hand, is going for the everyday person. And the everyday person knows it's stupid to rely on buttons when you can have a touchscreen like the one on your iPhone.

A large touchscreen does work in a car if you have great software. The Model Y became literally the overall #1 bestselling car in the world just three years after launching partly because people loved the software experience (among many other reasons).
