@scottw Have previously used both Help Scout and Zendesk. Made the switch from ZD to Intercom last year with @assignr and we have loved it.

I have been using HelpScout for more than a decade now. I am curious about what others are using today. What else is popular for customer-facing support? What's your favorite? Or is there one you are just stuck using because it has been in place forever?

Adding one more bit of perspecitive... None of the replacement referees were required to pass a "mandatory" fitness test that PSRA members are required to pass each year. We can't even ref or AR an MLS scrimmage without having met fitness requirements.
