I don't know which angry boomer needs to hear this, but Gen Xers do know cursive.
I know a lot of what happened back then was a wine cooler and Virginia Slim smoke fog of memory, but we did in fact have to learn cursive.
And I will add we used it to forge your name on our permission slips when you were to hung over to sign them.
