@DieselBABE20 @brotherwasabi Comes down to calorie content and fiber. Processed sugar has no fiber or nutritional value. Both can contribute to glucose spikes but fruit’s fiber helps to offset that. Stay away from fruit juice. Focus on berries only but if eating fruit eat the ones in “season”.

@brotherwasabi There’s a huge difference between natural sugar and fake processed sugar I’ve never seen anyone in my life get fat eating too much fruit however, if they’re shoving a box of Krispy Kreme’s down your throat every day, they’re definitely fat.
