The CRO of Nebius (@nebiusai) said "we typically have four or more customers for every GPU we bring online". Co-Founder @romanchernin says "demand is there, that's for sure" after announcing record Q1 financial results: "To have this kind of depth of the pipeline that we have, I think we are building a unique combination of the product and the field." "The fact that we have a lot of customers that want to work with us is partially driven by just enormous demand in the market." "[It's] partially driven by the fact we can serve a lot of different segments and use cases of the customers." $NBIS

"If the British government is going to be completely dominated by the bond market, MPs might as well go home." Diane Abbott told Cathy Newman on Sky News that whoever replaces Keir Starmer as prime minister must go through a "properly organised selection process", regardless of any "hissy fit" made by the bond markets. When this provoked laughter from Newman and eye rolling from former Conservative cabinet minister Gillian Keegan, @HackneyAbbott argued that there's no point in having a parliament if the financial sector always has the final word.

Sweden is choosing capitalism. Social spending as percentage of GDP is now 24%, lower than most of Northern Europe. Sweden has surpassed the US in billionaires per capita. School choice is universal, one in ten teens goes to a school operated by a company listed on the Stockholm stock exchange. Taxes have been cut three years in a row. Sweden has seen "more than 500 initial public offerings over the 10 years through 2024, more than Germany, France, the Netherlands and Spain combined" Nearly half of primary healthcare clinics are now privately owned. The result? Same as always. Sweden is projected to grow 2% a year through 2030, which is the same as the US and double France and Germany. How many times does this have to keep happening across the world? How many times does free market capitalism have to prove itself superior to socialism before the world accepts the truth?

More capitalist countries have lower income inequality, not higher. High income inequality is caused by cronyism which goes hand in hand with highly regulated markets. Welfare states also lower inequality, but you need free markets wealth to have generous welfare states.

Bravo, @Keir_Starmer, for getting in an Adviser on Women and Girls who thinks the definition of women and girls includes men and boys. That'll definitely win back people who believe Labour's a party for smug, lanyard-wearing, luxury-belief-espousing cultural elitists. 1/2
