In recent weeks, Russia's elite "Rubicon" drone unit has massively ramped up their usage of interceptor drones to shoot down Ukrainian FP-1 and FP-2 long-range UAVs. This is in response to the major successes Ukraine has had with their mid and long-range drone strikes on valuable Russian economic and military targets in the deep rear. In my opinion, we will see the production rate of these Russian interceptor drones increase significantly in the coming months, which would result in the decrease of the impact rate of Ukrainian drones. Ukraine has also been employing similar tactics with interceptor drones against Russian Geran-2 and Gerbera long-range drones for some time now, and is ramping up their usage day-by-day too.

🇺🇸/IRAN - On US-Iran "Negotiations" The US has no right to demand anything of Iran in the first place, Iran ZERO obligation to concede ANYTHING to the US. And none of the demands the US is making are based in reality - concerns over "nuclear weapons" is a VERIFED false pretext to justify what is actually an illegal war of aggression. Restrictions on the Strait of Hormuz imposed by Iran are a direct result of that US war of aggression. The US will never make a deal with Iran because its actual reason for war is the pursuit of primacy over the region and over the globe. If that goal hasn't changed (and it hasn't) then all negotiations are for is to buy time, shift blame, create a false sense of security among targeted nations to exploit when hostilities restart, to manipulate/manage market prices etc... In other words, these negotiations are (and always were) theater from Obama to Trump - hopefully Tehran knows this and is just buying time.

By the way, the Tu-143s found with Hezbollah did come from Syria, and they were converted to cruise missiles by the Syrian Scientific Studies and Research Center, and this was before 2011. They have several flight profiles with different ranges to over 200 kilometers.

Interesting pictures showing what looks like Russian Tu-143 Reys reconnaissance UAVs which were seized by the Lebanese army from a Hezbollah depot. I guess they were from obtained from Syria. Photos by @ALJADEEDNEWS

Satellite imagery from May 24 shows Iran has fully cleared all five entrances at its Larestan underground missile facility in Fars Province, southern Iran. Iran used heavy machinery to excavate debris and reopen the tunnels, restoring full access with no apparent long-term damage to the hardened entrances. The same recovery pattern has been observed at other Iranian missile sites, including Abyek.

Iran-US talks have stalled again. Despite initial optimism, the sides failed to reach agreement on core issues: Tehran refuses to discuss its nuclear program or export enriched uranium at this stage, while Washington demands phased sanctions relief and free passage through the Strait of Hormuz without fees. Hezbollah’s role in any deal remains a major sticking point. The diplomatic track is still open, but without real progress oil prices stay elevated and global trade remains disrupted.

Do you know what this means? They’ve been in the same place since the very first day of the truce: with no prospect of any agreement, the same threats as before, releasing statements to the press to calm the market, buying time, but not moving an inch. Is it over? No. There’s still something ahead. But they still haven’t found the point of contact, both communicational and military, though they’ll find it soon.

¿Y a este que se le ha perdido por aquí?😁 PD: Same can apply for Ukraine when their attacks reached civilians. It shows how completely impotent the Ukrainian military is. Or we could turn the argument on its head and say that the explosions in Kyiv show just how incompetent the Ukrainian command is, as it’s unable to intercept them. But all these arguments are absurd and reflect a massive bias towards one side, which I have no desire to subscribe to.

🇺🇸🇮🇷 Reuters journalist: doubts over whether Trump can translate “tactical military successes” into geopolitical win? He goes out of the way to please Trump by further stating that “Trump may have won just about every battle against Iran”. But then the Reuters article goes on to admit that the only tangible outcome of the war so far - is Iran’s gained leverage over Hormuz. With the result that US and Gulf Arab States could emerge from the conflict “worse off”. Iran’s nuclear ambitions also remain unchecked. Adding to Trump’s challenges, he is now dealing with new Iranian leaders considered even more hardline than their slain predecessors. The article admits that US did its best to actually rejuvenate and enbolden the Iran regime. It ends with a grim prediction by a Brookings Institution expert that the Iran war might be a “more decisive setback” to US globally than 🇻🇳Vietnam and 🇦🇫Afghanistan because those countries “were far from the main theaters of global competition.” reuters.com/world/asia-pac…

The Ukrainian “Blyskavka” strike UAV has been improved with an aerodynamic fairing that has increased its range by 30%. This has reportedly not significantly affected the cost of the inexpensive drone.

The Ukrainian UAV “Blyskavka” (Блискавка, Lightning) is based on the successful and inexpensive Russian UAV “Molniya-2.” It has been codified for serial production, and at 35,000 hyrvnias is only the cost of two FPVs. 1/
