In an ED in AB: 15 pts admitted with mental health illnesses stuck in an ED for days (over a week for some), who is responsible to try to address this? Mental Health Agency? MH Minister? Acute Care Agency? Health Minister? How do these agencies work together?

My short take: : Add crossings and calming to make roads safe Build safe networks for people walking, biking, and in wheelchairs Get people out of cars for better health Attack the root causes of traffic: Zoning that limits housing supply Poor transportation planning

Fatalities of people walking steadily falling and then something tragic happened in 2010 to flip the curve. What?

@dynaLIFE This is unacceptable. My son has been fasting for 14 hours now. Can’t take his morning meds. They are overwhelmed with demand and apparently same across the city need more sites working on weekend. Appointments booked almost a month in advance is not accessible.

@dynaLIFE it’s a Saturday, one person is on shift and the line up for specimen drop off, appointments and walk in is out the door in yeg. Seniors and others with mobility issues with no where to sit. This is not ok.

Guilty confession: I designed and built an entire photovoltaic system for my off grid cabin so that I could have an ice cold gin and tonic in the midst of summer. 😬

Because of the support we receive from clubs such as the @SGRotaryClub, our programs are able to provide kids like Maverick a bike that they are able to ride and love! This year's event was such a joy and success for all who attended and we thank you sincerely.
