@XClaireypieX @frankthetannnk @ScottishFA @spfl So points gained/lost earlier in the season are irrelevant to the title?! You understand winning a league is an accumulation of points over all the games? Therefore anything contributing to the final tally is surely relevant 🤷🏻‍♂️

@frankthetannnk @ScottishFA @spfl Better have this on copy and paste…. At a point where it was completely irrelevant to the title race so there’s no comparison to the blatant cheating 🤷🏻‍♀️ but every error made this year is one too many from this team of muppets.

@GeorgeFoulkes @derekniven1418 @CelticFC @JamTarts Hearts should've got 2 penalties vs Motherwell. Celtic should've got a player sent off and Scored an offside goal against Rangers Motherwell were denied a clear penalty that would've been a Straight red against Celtic before the VAR farce. Celtic fans but but St Mirren. Plums

It is now open for @CelticFC to take account of recent revelations and concede victory to @JamTarts . Their stature would rise enormously and it would set the scene for a fair and possibly crisis and trouble free contest next season

@cjmrav @ChrisBarrie75 Did they actually “apologise” for or just state that the KMI panel (no actual refs on this) disagreed? This isn’t the first of those this season. It was a questionable decision but a lot of weighting on this instance alone deciding the league given it’s an accumulation of pts

@ChrisBarrie75 I agree the standards are terrible but the 3 decisions that the SFA have apologised for was absolutely critical and determined 60 years of the same thing. The 2 pens we were denied v Motherwell is beyond incompetence. They turned a blind eye as they didn’t want the consequences

3 massive var decisions that the SFA admit they got wrong in last two games decided the title. How can any Celtic fan admit this is the ok. I’ll never understand the mentality of accepting this unless they happy accepting cheating.

@NJJarvie @Keeponkeepyups Where are all these clowns who constantly trot out all the "old firm bias" "two cheeks of the same arse" "Glasgow mafia" patter? At some stage reality has to sink in, it's NEVER been an old firm bias. It's has ALWAYS been a Celtic bias. Every single stat backs this up.

This makes for remarkable reading, Hearts should be demanding apologies from Celtic and the SFA. Willie Colonm must resign. Disgusted.

@FoysolChoudhury Any reason you only ask that now after this particular instance? There have been many others that have gone in other team’s favour to gain points they otherwise wouldn’t have had. Were you as concerned with those or pretending this is the only one?

So what is the point of the Scottish FA’s key match incident panel admitting Celtic should NOT have received the match-winning penalty against Motherwell after the damage is already done? The result stands. The points stand. The trophy celebrations stand. Fans of other clubs are simply told afterwards: “Yes, the officials got it wrong.” If major decisions that influence a title race are later admitted to be incorrect, then supporters of clubs like Hearts have every right to ask serious questions about sporting integrity and who the real champions should have been. How many times are Scottish football fans expected to accept “mistakes” with no accountability, no transparency, and no consequences? This is exactly why supporters are losing faith in officiating and VAR in Scotland. Scottish football deserves better. @SkySports @ScotlandSky

Celtic should not have been awarded the match-winning penalty away to Motherwell, say the Scottish FA's key match incident panel. More ⤵️ skysports.com/football/news/…

@JamboMalc All in one team’s favour? Over the whole season? Decisions KMI said were wrong effectively let Hearts build a lead, so maybe Hearts were only there because of those. Therefore would it have been tainted if they’d won the title due to decisions like that?

@jgemmell10 Okay, so that panel also said we should have had a penalty at Motherwell. These are games and decisions that are literally deciding the title. All decisions in one team's favour. Enjoy your tainted title and move on.

@FootyAccums FFS that same panel also disagreed with decisions that led to Hearts won and drawn (from losing positions) games earlier in the season. If you want to say one decision did it you have to consider the cumulative effect of all the others KMI (includes no refs) has said were wrong

Wow... The Scottish FA's Key Match Incidents (KMI) Panel has voted that VAR should NOT have awarded Celtic a penalty in their 3-2 win over Motherwell. That last minute victory enabled them to take it to a final day title-decider, which saw them beat Hearts & win the title.

@CalumCrowe10 Callum, in the interests of balance are you going through all the decisions that the KMI believe were wrong? Also noting there are zero trained refs in that group. Why does this one decision make them untenable/tarnished in your opinion and not countless other incorrect calls?

Three key points. Willie Collum's position is now untenable. John Beaton's reputation will forever be tarnished despite the fact he made the correct decision initially. Andrew McKinlay, the Hearts chief executive, has to resign from his role as SFA vice-president.

@EwenDCameron Amazing that Martindale has a different story to Andy Halliday who was in the dressing room and said Nicholson wasn’t sure, and think that was more straight after the game than any chat with DM would’ve been 🤷🏻‍♂️

The KMI panel have said Celtic shouldn’t have been awarded that penalty versus Motherwell. During our LIVE show Davie Martindale told us that he spoke to Sam Nicholson after the game at Firpark. (The LIVE show will be available to watch on Wednesday) #Hearts #Celtic

@JimDelahunt It is indeed. How did they let Shanklands goal at Ibrox stand? How did they chop of St Mirren goal v hearts. How did they not give Celtic a pen at Hibs? How did they….see where this is going? One swallow doesn’t make a summer.

@andrewgmorton @haveringBard Well, no it wasn’t. Not excusing the behaviour at all but there was roughly 20-30 secs left on the clock, and the celebrations ran that down in any case. Ban each fan that did it & make Celtic play a few closed door games next year.

The lesson I draw from Saturdays shambolic pitch invasion is this: If your team is ahead in a title decider with a few minutes to go then you should stage a pitch invasion. The SPFL will award your team the title and issue a statement praising them.

@Ricky9Forbes @rfc_sparky There was a crowd gathered outside the main entrance, due to the invasion inside they were told that there safety couldn't be guaranteed if they didn't leave now because the police were dealing with inside

The pitch invasion was bad enough but the police telling Hearts to get on the bus immediately as they could not protect them is even worse. They could not even finish the match. The right thing to do was calm the stadium down then play the last two minutes.

@ArrGee79 Celtic don’t go home in full kit, but wait in the changing room for pitch to be cleared. It takes 2 hours but Kieran Tierney runs in a cheeky Nando’s for the lads. Game restarts, they bring on Pierre Van Hooijdonk from retirement, he scores a hat-trick in the remaining 2mins.

Hypothetical situation. Celtic and Dunfermline are drawing 1-1 entering five minutes of injury time. Pars score in the 93rd minute, jubilant fans invade the pitch and disrupt the final two minutes of the game. What happens next….. 🤔

@SPFLWatch He’s put his point over well to be fair. However if saying there’s general incompetence why only focus on the impact of incidents in the last few days. St Mirren goal v Hearts? Hibs handball goal? Shankland handball? All decisions over a season impact the final outcome.

@MikeWaltersMGM Not really though. Multiple decisions and incidents over a 38 game season combine to the title being won and lost. If Celtic had never had the Nancy experiment they could’ve been done and dusted a few games ago. Look at the pts with O’Neill in charge compared to hearts/rangers

It doesn’t matter if Gideon is posting a suspect account. The fact that many many people of weight actively dislike Celtic now. I mean ACTIVELY. It wasn’t that way a few years ago. Everyone’s second club. Brand. Something not understood up there.
