@just_snabbit Horrible service from Snabbit. I had asked for a professional on 3 June 2026. I was assigned a personal but nobody turned up and after 2 hours booking was cancelled. Till date I have not received my refund. Horrible service and very very unprofessional

I don’t understand why your customer care is calling and unnecessary harassing me by simply telling me that we are looking into the issue. I know my money is gone and nothing concrete will happen because myntra believes in policy of time lost money lost.

@myntra I placed an order on 23 August which i got delivered on 29th August the product was damaged then i placed its replacement immediately and got a message that replacement will be done on 5th September. i got a fraud message on 5th September that a customer is not available

@myntra Guys I would like to recommend not to buy products from Myntra because Myntra provides the worst service. As I had raised a complaint on 11th September and today is 20th September, they didn't provide any solution. They commit false timelines and delaying to provide solu.
