Another day which means another day of @verizon 5G internet not working. Or should I say day starts with it working then three hours in its internet roulette. No reason for it and I’m already at 4 calls in to support in 2 days.

@VerizonSupport I was assured the issue was fixed right before I tweeted this. And here I am again no connectivity.

Not happy with our internet service. So glad we have @Verizon internet…oh wait we keep losing connectivity. A new router will solve it. New router activated, have internet for 12 hours then no internet access. Have to reset again. This cannot be real #notahappycustomer
