I just built a Claude Code SEO agent that replaces your $200/mo. Ahrefs subscription 🤯
One prompt → keyword gaps found, competitors analyzed, content written in your brand voice, rankings tracked weekly.
All inside Claude Code.
Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who know SEO matters but never have the bandwidth to actually do it consistently.
This agent runs the entire loop for you:
→ Connects to Google Search Console and pulls your real ranking data
→ Finds your "gap zone" — keywords sitting at positions 5–20
→ Scrapes who's outranking you and breaks down exactly why they're winning
→ Interviews you once about your brand, customers, and positioning
→ Writes content in your voice — not generic AI slop that tanks after 90 days
→ Tracks rankings weekly and feeds results back into the next cycle
No expensive tools you barely open.
No freelancers writing content that sounds like everyone else.
No manually checking rankings and forgetting to act on it.
What you get:
- Keyword cards with a specific action for each gap zone opportunity
- A competitive breakdown showing who's beating you and the exact fix
- A weekly content plan generated from your real GSC data
- A brand voice profile Claude uses for every article it writes
Built 100% in Claude Code with Google Search Console.
I put together a full playbook with the skill files, brand interview, and the exact weekly workflow.

Claude Cowork just got computer use and it's absolutely insane 🤯
Schedule a task once → Claude opens your browser, logs into Meta Ads Manager, pulls your performance data, analyzes your creatives, and saves a finished brief to your computer.
Every morning, while you sleep.
All inside Claude Cowork.
Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still manually pulling ad reports, screenshotting competitor ads, and copy-pasting data between tools every week.
If you're running Meta Ads and your weekly workflow looks like this — log into Ads Manager, export a CSV, open it in a spreadsheet, try to figure out why CPAs spiked, screenshot competitor ads from the Ad Library, paste everything into a doc, write a brief from scratch ...
Claude Cowork now does the entire thing without you touching your keyboard:
→ Opens Chrome and navigates to your Meta Ads Manager
→ Pulls performance data across every active creative
→ Opens the Meta Ad Library and checks 5 competitors for new ads
→ Analyzes hook performance, fatigue signals, and winning angles
→ Writes a creative brief in your brand voice
→ Saves everything as real files directly to your computer
→ Runs on a schedule — daily, weekly, whatever you set
No CSV exports.
No copy-pasting between tools.
No sitting at your desk pulling reports.
What you get:
→ A daily performance snapshot without opening Ads Manager
→ Competitor ad monitoring on autopilot
→ Creative fatigue signals before CPAs blow up
→ A data-backed brief your creative team can execute immediately
→ All of it running while you're getting coffee, at the gym, or on your phone
Send a task from your phone. Claude picks it up on your desktop. You get the finished deliverable.
I put together a full playbook with the exact setup, the prompts, the scheduled task configuration, and 5 DTC workflows that use computer use.

Just been reading the wild story about OpenClaw and how quickly it grew.
I was worried about setting up a new MacMini to run it and found geni.us/xcloud_jimbanks which offer one click install, 5 minutes and you are ready to control your own AI Agent.
It's completely Bonkers.

this is one of our most requested asks:
how to fix your Google Ads tracking.
most brands are scaling blind with broken tracking
they think they’re getting 4x ROAS
but half the conversions are fake or misattributed
i packaged up our internal conversion tracking SOP + checklist into a guide
inside:
- 4 common tracking issues to watch for
- 5-step process to audit your setup
- our testing & troubleshooting protocol
- how to set up multiple tracking sources
- our monthly audit checklist to keep everything accurate
this is the same process we’ve used to manage $50M+ in spend this year
like + reply “tracking” and I’ll send it over

If you are on Substack hit me up.
I'm thinking of doing some livestreams to Substack from the show and need good guests to interview.

How cool that @lilyraynyc is going to be one of the keynotes at @affiliatesummit in January.
Hoping it's an afternoon keynote.
I'm not good at morning keynotes in Vegas...not sure why...

@RichMulholland @AskPerplexity Helpfully unhelpful.
They think they know what you want better than you know yourself.
For some searches what they offer up is good, even better because it suggests things I hadn't thought about.
But maybe it will learn your style and get better over tjme

Am I the only person that finds using @askPerplexity comet browser or AI search engines to be deeply frustrating? In that they try to provide you information when what you really want is just a link to the service or website.

@zachmstuck I run a "consultancy" so fit into the "not" bucket.
Can I add in they need to be a good media buyer who understands GDPR, consent mode because everything I audit is just a hot mess of non-compliant inconsistencies and the EU don't fuck around with fines for breaches.

School holidays here in the UK.
For all the parents out there.
Why do you let your children at any age, stand on chairsbor sit on the table in coffee shops?
Drives me nuts.
Other people will sit there and if a 6 year old has stood on something "bad"....
Carry on, rant over.

TRying to login to @Pinterest using my Google account, it asks for MFA which involves them sending me a code.
They sent me a 6 digit code, but are asking for a 7 digit code.
Such a conundrum.
Think I'll go ask AI what to do....

Big budgets aren't always smart. When clients are spending too much on brand, "before you've taken your jacket off" there's money to be saved and better spent. Ever seen this? #Marketing #Budgeting
