@UshaIntl I have bought a usha exhaust fan on 15th may, today(18th may) I went to return it. Because I want a higher RPM due to the larger room. Now the shop owner is Denying to return it saying we have filled the "warranty card" and cannot return it, the product is fine...

Multiple complaints for garbage.
They have same excuse, "I am sick", "I take CNG so I get late then I don't come".
After complaint they will come for 2 days then absent for weeks.
What is this? What can we do? What is nagar nigam doing?

They generally put the garbage truck guy on conference and they both force me to close complain "everytime" without even coming to my "Gali" in the first place.
They come at 10AM or late making it impossible for office goers.
