@Lotus_Peace That's a great question. I think it depends on the individual and their sensitivity to nightshade plants. With LC you often have a malfunctioning immune system which can cause an autoimmune-like reaction. Yet for me, I found that ashwagandha helped relieve those very symptoms.

@maybemoremooney @WesElyMD @VinGuptaMD I was one who had the original Covid in November 2020, which left me with disabling Long Covid for 11 months. When I took the Moderna vaccine in March & April, it had no effect on my condition. I am now fully recovered with no lasting neurological issues at all.

@D_Bone I have no idea about mine, but I almost feel like my immune system is not functioning. Getting sick with anything, including covid, barely results in any noticeable immune response. I've wondered how this correlates to AB levels.

@Mormolykeia @D_Bone Covid often damages the immune system. It destroys or weakens Dentritic cells and T cells. It also dematures B cells, which store information of previous infections you've had such as flus or colds. Dematures means it erases that knowledge. B cells tell T cells what to attack.

@space_titties @ExtraGranola @lmrlmrlmr I'm not sure what the equivalent infusion amount is because I didn't do that. I took oral Nicotinamide Riboside (300 mg per day) along with pterostilbene (50 mg per day) for 12 weeks. Covid has also been shown to deplete CoQ10 and Tryptophan, so replenishing those can help.

Reinfection update #longcovid at 20 months, now #mecfs. Breathing significantly worse on day 7. Zero appetite, drinking 3x as much, so weak I went from 90% bedbound to 100%. Cold to my bones (parents wearing shorts). Doc requested paramedics come check me out. They said… 1/

@AaronCa11 Repairing my immune system was critical in my Long Covid recovery. While I didn't have access to immunoglobulin, I researched several compounds on NIH's PubMed library that also repair the immune system. I took Astragalus Root & seven mushrooms for 12 weeks, with antivirals.

@realstewpeters I read a study that China observed: When Vitamin C levels are high or sufficient, Covid hides in gram-negative Prevotella bacillus in the body, but if Vitamin C levels are low, the virus blooms. This is why they were giving high-dose Vitamin C to their Covid patients.

@jjschoch Many connections with#LongCovid symptoms and histamine intolerance. Hypothesis seems to be quite reliable. Detox with activated charcoal might mitigate histamine symptoms even better than zeolite. Not science backed☹️ I have tried it for a week with nice results🙃
