@suellentrop I have to say this week has been the one I most miss @shallweshow The releases of @baldursgate3 and @StarfieldGame so close together are real fodder for a great conversation. Like most artistic achievements they are in dialogue with each other, not always nicely.

Incredibly sad news for @NPR and journalism. @nealconan was an extraordinary journalist who was a ‘founding father’ of our public radio system. His hosting skills were miraculous and he could hold the air and distill complex issues live for hours on ‘Talk Of The Nation’. RIP.

I lost my friend @nealconan to cancer today. We had so much fun, on the air and in our Political Junkie Road Shows around the country. At some point soon I'll talk more about him. Right now I'm just sad. Rest in Peace, my friend.

Our colleague @nealconan has died. He held almost every job at @NPR, covered wars, was unflappable in live coverage. Those he edited at various times included me. Once he left NPR to broadcast minor league baseball. In recent years he was farming in Hawaii! Extraordinary life.
