@VerizonSupport I am in Italy and still have no Verizon roaming service - for over 12 hours now. It worked briefly a few times during the day but is completely out again. Is there an ETA for resolution? I need to be able to communicate with my young daughter who is also in Italy.

@Mani_CMPandey This is great. Would you be able to provide me with the other Action Types? I will need to run a script for Apps, Compliance Policy, Configuration Policy, Role, Script, and Tenant Configuration. If you could please provide the proper action type names, I'd greatly appreciate it!

@powers_hell So I'm trying to set up your printer deployment scripts in Intune. In the 2nd (user script), where do I set the print server details? I'm NOT a programmer - can't program my way out of a paper bag that's open on 6 sides. TIA

@AppleSupport Already been through this. Just paired the watch to my new XR... now I don't get any haptic/sound notifications. To clarify, the mail was getting into the Notification Center on the watch all the while. Just one acct isn't giving haptic/sound notifications.

@AppleSupport I have an iPhone 8+ iOS 12.0.1 and an AppleWatch 4 with OS 5.0.1... When I first paired the new watch, all of my e-mail alerts worked fine. After I installed 5.0.1, I suddenly was unable to get e-mail alerts for one of the two accts. All settings are the same. HELP!

@AppleSupport When the watch is not unlocked, I do get the alerts on my phone... When the watch is unlocked, I don't get alerted on my phone but in the Mail app, the messages are there.

@jlenkows Congratulations on your new Apple Watch! We're pretty excited about them as well, and will do all we can to get the notifications working as expected. So that we're on the same page, do you see the notifications on your iPhone, but not on the Apple Watch?
