Das Gesetz muss klarstellen: Wer in private Häuser eindringt, handelt auf eigenes Risiko. Der Hausbesitzer darf sich verteidigen – auch mit Waffengewalt –, ohne danach kriminalisiert zu werden. Der Staat kann nicht erwarten, dass Bürger wehrlos zusehen, wie ihr Eigentum, ihre Sicherheit oder ihr Leben bedroht wird. Klare Forderung: Wer einbricht, setzt sein Recht auf Schutz verwirkt. The Strategic Bitcoin Reserve is officially dead. The same administration that said it would bring transparency to the federal government has concealed every major truth the public has demanded. There is no public Epstein list. There are no arrests. There is no Fort Knox audit. There is no peace in Ukraine. There are not mass deportations. There is no accountability for the alphabet agencies. There is no reversal of COVID-era policies. There is no DOGE check. There is no pause on foreign aid. There is no JFK Files or 9/11 Report. There is only a further centralization of power, more debt and nonstop lies. The belief that the federal government will one day build a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve requires a complete detachment from reality. It assumes that an institution which has failed to take a single meaningful action on any significant promise will suddenly pivot and voluntarily acquire an asset that removes its own monetary privilege. That fantasy has no precedent in history nor any support in policy. The people promoting this idea ignore the most basic premise of power: it never dismantles itself. The dollar system is not a neutral accounting tool. It is the engine of control, and its value depends on the ability to inflate liabilities and externalize consequences. If you believe this government will voluntarily exchange the instrument of its dominance for an asset it cannot counterfeit, freeze, or redirect, then you are not thinking in terms of statecraft, you're indulging in fantasy. Worse still, the same government being hailed as a future Bitcoin accumulator cannot even maintain custody over the coins it seizes. A Treasury report (I wrote about last week) has confirmed that the IRS has lost private keys, allowed asset tampering and failed to maintain basic records. This is the level of competence that now wants to manage a trillion-dollar Bitcoin reserve? The dollar isn't just a medium of exchange, it's the mechanism through which the state expands, exerts, and enforces its control. It funds the war machine. It props up the debt economy. It keeps foreign allies dependent and domestic unrest manageable. Believing the government will abandon this tool by choice reflects a deep misunderstanding of political incentives. The system is designed to perpetuate itself, not to restrain itself. There is no movement toward a Bitcoin reserve. There is no intention to acquire a fixed-supply asset in good faith. There are only empty speeches, vague references, and opportunistic pandering from Washington politicians who have never once taken real action to challenge the system they claim to oppose. The problem is that this myth isn't harmless. It pacifies, delays action, keeps people waiting for an institutional savior that will never arrive. The Strategic Bitcoin Reserve is pure political performance. It's Schrödinger’s reserve: both real and unreal (depending on who’s speaking and who’s listening). But once observed closely, it collapses into the only thing it has ever been: fiction. At this point, it's painfully clear that anyone who continues pushing the preposterous notion of the federal government buying Bitcoin for an SBR is a politician and/or a bad actor.

Unglaublich: Zwangsabgabe zwingt Bürger zur Zahlung – Millionen fliessen aus Gebühren an private Eigentümer Die Serafe AG – zuständig für das Inkasso der Radio- und Fernsehabgabe – macht 2024 satte 5,9 Millionen Franken Gewinn, schüttet aber gleich 6 Millionen Franken Dividende an ihre Muttergesellschaft Secon AG aus. Diese wiederum gehört zu grossen Teilen dem IT-Milliardär Cédric Moret, der damit persönlich an den Gebühren der Schweizer Bevölkerung verdient. Während die Serafe AG ihre Gewinnzahlen in den Himmel schraubt, steigt die Zahl der Betreibungen massiv: Über 112’000 Mahnungen und Betreibungen im Jahr 2024, doppelt so viele wie im Vorjahr – das bedeutet Druck und Stress für immer mehr Bürger. Für jeden Mahnbrief kassiert Serafe fünf Franken, für jede Betreibung sogar 20 Franken. Profit auf Kosten der Bevölkerung. Als Grund für den exorbitanten Gewinn wird die Auflösung einer Rückstellung genannt – ein reines Buchhaltungsmanöver, das zeigt, wie lukrativ das Geschäftsmodell ist. Statt diese Millionen sinnvoll in die Verbesserung des Einzugsverfahrens zu investieren, werden sie an private Eigentümer ausgeschüttet. Kritik gibt es zwar von Experten, die fordern, dass eine Organisation, die eine öffentliche Aufgabe erfüllt, zweck- und gemeinwohldienlich handeln sollte – doch die Macht der Grossaktionäre wie Moret und die Verflechtung mit Konzernen wie Elca und Migros verhindert jegliche Reform. Während Länder wie Norwegen und Schweden den öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunk über Steuern finanzieren und trotzdem Spitzenplätze in der Pressefreiheit halten, profitiert in der Schweiz ein privater IT-Milliardär auf Kosten der Gebührenzahler. Die Diskussion um die Gebührensenkung wird so nicht nur gerechtfertigt, sondern geradezu notwendig. Die Volksinitiative «200 Franken sind genug!» (auch bekannt als SRG-Halbierungsinitiative) wurde am 10. August 2023 bei der Bundeskanzlei eingereicht und ist am 31. August 2023 zustande gekommen. Sie fordert eine Senkung der Radio- und Fernsehabgabe für Haushalte von derzeit 335 auf 200 Franken pro Jahr und die vollständige Befreiung von Unternehmen von der Abgabepflicht. Die zuständige Nationalratskommission hat am 29. April 2025 entschieden, die Initiative ohne Gegenvorschlag zur Abstimmung zu bringen. Die Volksabstimmung über die Initiative wird voraussichtlich im Juni 2025 stattfinden.
