Block+bitch is such a class move, isn’t it, @BustedWench. What made you such a venal bitch, Kate? You’re an abusive bully. I never did anything to you but be a really good friend when you needed support. And you’re such a skank you fucked off when the same fkr came after me.

NEW: LGBTQ+ publisher PinkNews is making its remaining reporters redundant, saying it wants to “move away from having a reporter-led newsroom” to a model where there “isn’t a need for the reporter role”

@FraserNelson Yeah, one of their prominent podcasters united with Muslims when they were colonising Speakers Corner inc trying to organise a men-only prayer session. Now we’ve got Ramadan lights over the west end, a mosque going in to the Trocadero and takeovers of Whitehall and Traf Sq.

As a Christian it’s okay that this event takes place in London. My Muslim and Jewish friends are equally okay with the depiction of the Passion of Christ at Easter in Trafalgar Square. Inclusion means we accept each other’s faith as having equal space theguardian.com/politics/2026/…

MOSQUE APPLICATION – BARKING AND DAGENHAM I have been asked to fight an application to turn the old Post Office, at 279 Wood Lane (A124), Dagenham, into a mosque. This is on a busy shopping street, close to Valence Park, at least 4 primary schools, and a special needs school. The "ArRabia Foundation" want to turn this old Post Office into a “place of worship and community centre”. london-now.co.uk/news/25942901.… The application says there will be 2 prayer sessions on Fridays, one for 65-70 people, the other for 30-35 people. I am asking you for donations toward the out-of-pocket expenses of £2,000 to resist this planning application. givesendgo.com/Dagenham As usual, none of the money goes to me but on the costs of fighting this application. Please forward🔁

@HasAhmed_ @CharlieHowarth1 Stereotyping? Pointing out Christians follow Jesus isn’t stereotyping just as accurately describing people who choose to follow a paedophile bigamist Jew-killing misogynist rapist warmonger isn’t, either.

You keep talking about wanting a world of “basic kindness,” but somehow that principle stops applying when it comes to Muslims. Unlike you I’m not ignorant who hates everyone. You’re holding up kindness as a universal value at the same time casually stereotyping an entire group of people. You’ve also built a whole argument on a false premise and then congratulated yourself for knocking it down. Like I said earlier, I just think you’re a sad loner who doesn’t have many friends so your only escape is coming on the internet, reading the comments and thinking “oh wow I’m so well read and I know all about Islam”

It’s Eid today, and I just watched 3 strangers in a café wish a mother and her daughter “Happy Eid.” Those wishing weren’t Muslim. It didn’t matter. Yet again moments like this are what make London special: people choosing connection over division, and kindness over the noise that tries to pull us apart.

@HasAhmed_ @CharlieHowarth1 Why do you ignore the big gestures like, you know, planting bombs on our Tube and buses? Which do you think is more helpful to Londoners, virtue signalling greetings to followers of a supremacist satanic ideology or not murdering our police, students, mates at the pub, soldiers?

Calling basic kindness “vapid nonsense” is a strange hill to die on. The fact that small gestures bother you this much says more about your outlook than anyone else’s. People who are actually “well-adjusted” don’t feel threatened by friendliness. You might find that stepping outside your own echo chamber (and, occasionally, your house) makes the world look a lot less offensive and a lot more human.

@HasAhmed_ So why didn’t your brothers choose connection over division when they blew up the Tube? Murdered two students at Fishmongers Hall. Went on a rampage at Borough Mkt. Drove tourists off a bridge. Killed PC Keith Palmer. Beheaded Lee Rigby. Which do you think is more divisive, mate?

@POCX100 @meralhece Sigh. You’re not making sense again, mate. How are Muslims under attack for undertaking an act of domination being repeated across the city as well as country but not the man pointing out that’s exactly what it is?

@MayuranSenthil @DPJHodges @MatthewStadlen You’re talking made-up nonsense again. There is no political Islam, no nice version. There is only one book. Most people may not practice its most monstrous instructions but they still follow a paedophile warmongering racist bigamist rapist slave owner. Satanism.

If you want to argue public spaces should not be used for worship - because that’s exclusionary - fine. But condemning just one religious group, in this case Muslims, is bigotry. I’m not sure what the debate is.

@DPJHodges You just keep exposing your lefty roots, don’t you. No other religion is supremacist, removing our basic rights, torturing our animals, raping our kids and murdering us on Tubes, at Borough Mkt, on Westminster Bridge, slaughtering our gays, police, elders, MPs, students.

@meralhece If someone’s arrested for a tweet you do understand that doesn’t involve their tongues being cut out? They are still being silenced just as he is by extremists like you demanding he BE SILENCED from and punished for criticising supremacist satanism. Jesus wept…

@jfwduffield If they’re so concerned with bodily autonomy why not release the other human’s somewhere they can exercise theirs? Women don’t get to end the life of frail parents or disabled family who depend on them so why are babies exempted? Set them free.

Women already have bodily autonomy & ready access to legal abortions on demand. What you are supporting is killing unborn babies just before they are born. Which is as extreme & as immoral as it sounds.
Ella Whelan@Ella_M_Whelan

This kind of frothing hatred for women's freedom is just so out of touch with public opinion on abortion. MPs with even the tiniest liberal bone in their body need to have some courage and come out and defend our bodily autonomy, because at the moment Westminster is sounding like a house full of loons.

The collapse of the Prostant/Roman divide and its replacement with undifferentiated cultural Christianity in the UK is a very obvious sign of the Americanisation of UK discourse.

The term ‘Judeo-Christian’ is principally a political slogan created in, and imported from, the US. It’s used by hard right Evangelical Christians who’ve aligned themselves with hard right Israeli politicians. Given Nigel Farage is America First (not Britain First) it’s of no surprise he’s using it. It’s what plastic patriots do.
