Current challenge for me, work-wise. I know the design process fairly well. Every new team there's a member, likely an indigenous white man, that doesn't know it but feels entitled to challenge me. Not the process, but me.

My question for @jaskirankdesign @JanetRead @sophiedennis @jukesie @suthen @sam_maclood - does this happen to you? My wife trains Lean Six Sigma and the same characters challenge her constantly. Is it male entitlement / fragile ego or am I a terrible communicator? #AITA?
