@jmaher568869 This is like the dictator level of bullshit. They got tricked by a bunch of Jews into letting their guard down and got blown to pieces. Such geniuses

@The_Money_Buddy Lets say he bought the house when he was 35, if he keeps on adding to his 401k, downsizes when he's older he should be pretty set in retirement age. The issue is when people try to sit in a huge house with high maintenance costs when they're 65 and on a pension

A guy I know is 41. He has: • $300k in his 401k • $0 in savings • Lives paycheck to paycheck Most of his money goes to a big house and car. Looks rich. Feels broke. What would you tell him?

@JasonWe94564411 @TicTocTick I have an EV (non Tesla) but I frequent EA and EVgo and Tesla chargers. Most of them in nice shopping plazas and I charge 5- 85% in about 20-30 minutes depending on the weather. The only issue is the queues when it's cold. For road trips and long distance I'd use a gas car.

@TicTocTick it’s just unfeasible to own an electric car as someone with kids who road trips allot. i cannot take the chance of being stranded or left in a shady part of a town just to charge up. need ability to fuel and go every 50 miles

If you drive a gas guzzler, Tesla is offering 0% APR for 6 years . Gas soon gonna be $8. Something to consider.

@GramsciGordon @JAMvsJAM From Jews in that community there was a dispute between the men in the temple, and the leaders kicked them out and locked the door so they tunneled underneath the temple and would go there at night to circumvent being locked out.

@JAMvsJAM It was over 2 years ago, but we got like no significant media updates on this. I don't think it's a conspiracy to cover this up or anything, but this not being a bigger story that stayed in the public consciousness for longer is crazy.

@Bitcoin_Teddy The difference is that older generations were married much younger and boomers for the first time had two working person households. When you're splitting everything down the middle and working suddenly everything becomes a lot easier.

Older generations say “we all struggled in our 20s.” No, you didn’t. You didn’t pay $3200 for rent and $10 for eggs. You didn’t graduate into $50K student debt and $0 job security. Gen Z isn’t dramatic. They’re drowning.

@ThePoliticalHQ @beyoncegarden Before 1924 there weren't widespread laws banning people from using heroin. We create new laws to address problems that occur. Before 2015 there was almost nothing about trans people circulating in the daily news or web, it became national attention more recently.

Before 2015 there weren’t widespread laws banning trans people from using certain bathrooms. The big “bathroom bill” wave didn’t start until 2016. What actually existed before that was mostly a lack of clear protections, so people could still be denied access, but that’s not the same thing as there being specific laws targeting them. Michael is wrong.

@nazzobetweeting Nah you can actually find a nice apartment if you wait for a non shit hole owner. They got 90 year old lead painted radiator covers, a crooked toilet, ugly bathroom with cheap ass finishes for a premium price, and it looks like she lives in like China town or somewhere shitty

@VickieforNYC The government protects illegal immigrants from breaking federal law but then wants to charge me 1/10 of an average persons weekly wage for driving a little faster than what ever arbitrary number they set. Driving 15 mph in most parts of the city is literal hell.

@h_um_ble_ @VickieforNYC cars with lower hoods = better pedestrian crumple zone + driver visibility and usually less weight. Now I have a 7000 lb EV that can hit 60 mph in 3 seconds. It's absolutely ridiculous lmao

@gary_weiss Heating season is over for the most part. A lot of buildings have dual burners for natural gas and oil and switch between one another for these very reasons. But yeah, rent control sucks for lls

If Mamdani rams through a rent freeze for rent-stabilized apartments, tenants will have no reason to rejoice. Most older buildings are heated by No. 2 heating oil, and oil prices are going through the roof. Forcing landlords to operate at a loss will tee up a SCOTUS decision ending rent controls in NYC and everywhere. That is what happens when you elect a 34-year-old Marxist who has less work experience than most baristas.
