@wizzair please refund me for the flight you have cancelled. I’ve requested it - and you’ve ignored it. I can’t make another request online and your website won’t allow me to raise a complaint - it just directs me back to request a refund online!’

US National Parks. Starting 1 January, “non-residents age 16 and older must pay a $100 fee in addition to the regular entrance fee” at the top 11 parks such as Yellowstone. But an $80 annual pass bought before the end of the year is valid throughout 2026. independent.co.uk/travel/news-an…

@Louisfire4000 @Ant025840645006 @samuel_leeds They do - but not if the funds ultimately originate from the parents. If it were grandparent’s company, this plan might work. But not with a minor child of the company owner/founder.

Most wealthy people only take a salary of £12.5K per year in the UK… Not because they’re broke, but because they understand how best to utilise the tax system in the way it was designed. I’ve created a free guide to help you understand 10 ways (HMRC approved) to pay zero tax in the UK 👀 Search up “How To Pay Zero Tax - Samuel Leeds” On YT🔗

@Ant025840645006 @joecobb22 @samuel_leeds True, but it has to actually represent work done at a reasonable rate for the work that has been done. Could be hard to prove that it’s reasonable to HMRC depending on what they are claiming the work is.

Ugghhhhhh Fulham haven’t even deserved that goal. Fully deserved a draw out of today’s game against Fulham. Wolves away is a must win now.

@joecobb22 @AlzTweets @AllisonPearson No, he is obviously using his brain and not looking to profit from his son's trust, instead his son comes first. As such he wouldn't have lied to advisors and say he has no home, he would explain that it's been gifted to his son. This would enable him to pay the right tax.

A senior tax lawyer says; “What was Rayner doing using a trust to try and exploit a loophole ( that they wrongly perceived to exist ) to claim a second home as a first home and recycle trust monies to fund it ? The office of the public guardian should be intervening.”

@AlzTweets @AllisonPearson And you would have made the same mistake as AR as that wouldn’t have avoided the SDLT surcharge……

Tracy Brabin, Mayor of West Yorkshire
At a time when Yorkshire Water customers are facing a 41% increase in bills alongside environmental failures and customer service shortcomings, the news that the Chief Executive has received additional payments is wholly unacceptable. As Yorkshire mayors, we have requested an urgent meeting with the Chair of the @YorkshireWater Board.

@MaxWilson1001 @SeanM1997 That’s incorrect. The 14 days is only relevant for statutory compensation. The airline is still liable for rerouting when they cancel a route/flight.

@LNER many customers waiting on trains to London. Station staff refusing to reroute us. Inexplicable. You have an obligation to reroute passengers and your staff are refusing to comply.

🏉🏉 | A historic moment for @LeighLeopardsRL and Joe Ofahengaue as the Prop's two tries saw them record a historic victory over @Saints1890 (their first since 1982)... This is why we love Rugby League!

Particularly annoying on the basis we sat on the plane at the gate whilst the captain told us the further delay was whilst the “last few bags” were being loaded. That was a complete lie - the captain must have known many bags were being left behind. Shocking customer service.

@British_Airways - how can you have a flight substantially delayed due to lack of cabin crew, but with the aircraft on the ground at LHR for 2h20, and still leave without over 100 bags? Many many frustrated passengers this evening. LHR-MAN BA1402.

@wiganrlfans Correct. One part of one foot on or over the try line at the point the ball is caught, or the point at which the player jumps to catch the ball in the air. 👍

So you only need one foot over the line. Fair enough. That's two I've learned this year after the headed one by Ryan Hall the other week.
Joe Cobb@joecobb22

@Rod_Studd Yes. It’s all about where he jumps from. One toe on the line or over it = in the in goal area. Doesn’t matter if he’s in the air when he catches it, or where he lands. Defused bomb.
